Would not recommend I was prescribed the wrong information for eye contacts. The day I came to try them on I had to ask for a contact lense case and solution and was rushed through the entire experience. I ended up paying another doctor that gave me a totally different prescription for my contacts. Don’t go here

Everything was perfect, from the front desk to the amazing Dr Elgabroni. He listened to me and then did all the necessary tests to ensure my eye health is in great shape. He is amazing! I hope he is available for my future eye care. The whole staff is 5 star. Thanks!

I will not be going back to this location on route22, my grandson and I have always gone there for our annual eye exam and glasses I enjoyed not only the friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff there, but the kindness and caring that they presented, the "employees" now at this facility are, at least from my perspective the direct opposite of the kind and caring service I had always received and enjoyed from the visionworks Springfield location, the doctor who did my eye exam was superior, he displayed all the concern, caring and kindness I have grown to adore from this facility, the rest of the staff had that "you here and that's it" ",when you're done, goodbye " you want to pick out frames, here's the cost, take it or leave it", my vision, as noted by a very knowledgeable doctor during my eye exam had a small change, when I get my new glasses I can definitely say I will not be going to the route 22 location,maybe they had their own personal concerns, when one of the staff came in I thought she was a customer, until she took a seat behind the desk. I adored, the caring. and friendly staff that had demonstrated the Visionworks symbol, I guess, al least, at the route 22 location, that is gone, and I will move on to another location,I have my new prescription, ,and I will stay a Visionwork customer, I have never had to write a negative review.

General Manager James failed to provide a replacement glasses for a defective frame. James told me that there was nothing he can do because of Visionworks policy
He was very unprofessional and unyielding in providing a resolution. This terrible customer relations and product service. I do not recommend this company!!!

This place is so organized and very well equipped with both humans services and modern equipments.
Their service is just flawless from making an appointment online to getting checked by the doctor.
I highly recommend this place if they accept your vision insurance.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The doctor was thorough and answered any questions and concerns. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the lab lost my expensive designer frames for my prescription. Visionworks offered me to choose a pair of my choice free of charge.

The doctor was great and even acknowledge my personal information. The associate who helped with my eyeglass shopping was great she gave me all the information I needed as it pertained to wearing eye glasses and my benefits. It was a very comforting experience

I was a happy customer from start to finish. I easily made an appointment that was convenient for me. I had a routine eye exam for glasses and contacts. Everyone made me feel comfortable. Service was given with a smile by all. There was a quick turaround with my presrciption. I highly recommend Visionworks on route 22.(NJ)
