You would think with three points two stars that they would at least make an attempt to make changes to do better, however It is always the same situation when you go in there. It’s not always a line, but it is always a very slow customer service demeanor. I really wish there was another place for me to get my prescriptions.

They purposely close the drive thru window and put up a sign that the “computer is out of order” but I watched them serve the person in front of me using that same computer. Because I pulled up to the window right after this person, they had to help me but they were not happy about it. I come here pretty often, at least a few times a week to pick up different prescriptions from them and I’ve noticed this trend now with this sign so I am going to transfer my prescriptions to another Walgreens. I have mobility issues which is why I pick a Walgreens with a drive-through, but I am taking my business elsewhere after the drive-through window is continuously closed.

Alison is an outstanding pharmacist who sets a high standard for patient care. Her professionalism, respect, and expertise are evident in every phone call and interaction. My rating is based on the cumulative visits for the past 6-12 months. You see, having 1 Excellent visit does not balance out 2-4 "bad" past visits; and they seem to re-appear with some regularity.

Zero stars really should be an option for an establishment run as poorly as this one. Grossly incompetent staff, ineffective customer service agents at corporate, on hold for ages...just an awful experience start to finish. I will NEVER, under any circumstances, ever patronize another Walgreens again, especially this one!!!

My family and I have been going to Walgreens for many years for GREAT prices on all of our prescriptions, snacks and beverages and other food, beauty supplies like hair, skin and nail care, school and office supplies, photo printing, FedEx deliveries and drop offs, toys and games, seasonal items like winter gloves and hats, thermals, scarves, summer outdoor decor like plants, coolers, pool floats, shoes, summer accessories and clothing, incontinence products, laundry, cleaning and other household products, electronics and accessories for Android and Apple products, As Seen On TV Products, all vitamins, OTC pain relievers, meal replacement snacks and shakes, candy, coffee, condiments, special occasion cards and gifts, gift cards, printer ink, batteries, razors, baby care products, first aid products, lotions, body washes, sprays and perfumes, toys, and holiday decorations, pet food and many other everyday products.?☺️ ??

Super inefficient place. Every time I came to the pharmacy I had to wait more than half an hour to one hour to either get my prescription or vaccination done. I don’t know how can they keep on operating like this. Don’t get me wrong, the staff are super friendly and amazing. But I think they are seriously understaffed. They need more help.

I went for soap I just had surgery and was in need of antibacterial soap which was locked up. I’ve been to many Walgreens and the lady held the soap hostage. I said I’ll take it and she says no I got it like if you guys are that worried about soap it’s crazy. Felt like she thought after both clerks know she gave it to me I’m gonna steal soap, so I did not continue or finish shopping I left . I don’t want to feel like that I’m any establishment. I have never been treated like that in any Walgreens and won’t be back.

They let their customers picking up prescriptions sit in the drive thru for way too long before assisting them. And they don’t even greet you and say, we are busy…would you like to come back or come inside? Terrible Customer Service like most retail establishments these days.
