I will never buy certain items from this store again.I purchased a cotton comforter it was soft white and had a turquoise stripe. I made sure it was machine washable. I felt the cotton part was a bit more delicate then my old cotton comforter so I washed it on tap temp water and delicate dry,the inside felt like it had a hairbrush stuck in it! The inside on low heat must have melted only in certain spots.I made my purchase online so I had my receipt on my email. When trying to return it took over an hour before they couldn't find my purchase with the purchase order in front of them.The employee's are extremely grumpy acting like your taking something from they're home.So I purchased a second comforter thinking the first was a lemon, not the case!! I had a even harder time returning that one! Once again nasty hard time for over an hour and I got a company receipt saying I couldn't return anymore because I made two returns in 60 days. Well that's ok because your stuff is not quality anymore!

What a treat! A salesperson asked if I need help, yes, more of a large container. She brought them out, waited for me to check out & then placed them in my car!!! She needs to train other sales persons!

I know when I go to Bed Bath & Beyond I always find what I'm looking for. Always stocked well and store personnel very helpful. Their website is also easy to navigate

I am so happy they didn't close this location. Rumor on the street before the pandemic, they were going out of business. To my surprise when I walked in the reorganized everything inside! Looks so much cleaner and more open space. I was also very excited the sell my favorite bubble bath now!
