They explained the whole process to us, called the responsible parties insurance company for us and made sure we were compensated appropriately for the condition the vehicle was in prior to the accident. “Robert was amazing. So helpful and assuring. No issues at all there. Only issue I had was that my ezpass was in car and I was told as long as it was in car I was fine. Well I was charge separately 2x with fees because their ezpass picked up and not mine, tried addressing several times but useless.”
