“I rented a mini van last minute to go to FL. Rob called me instantly to explain that because of the Spring break holiday the cars are actually booked, but he promised me he would keep me posted and that enterprise would ensure we could make it to Disney. Rob called me daily to give me updates on if the van would be ready on time and he expressed confidence that he would have one for me. Rob called me the Wednesday before we were due to get it and gave us the great news, that the van was ours! Rob then met us at the door when we walked in to say thank you for being so patient and introduced himself, it was really Rob who was the patient one. It is people like Rob that will make me a life long Enterprise customer. He is a true asset to your company and you are very lucky to have people like him as the face of your company. When I returned it today i didn’t think Rob noticed me, but as I was leaving he said I hope you and your family had a great trip. Honestly we really did, and it was largely in part to Rob getting us our car and keeping his word.”
