DICK'S Sporting Goods is a decent store with a friendly and helpful staff. The store is clean and neatly organized, with a good selection of items that customers are pleased to find. However, the store layout and signage could be improved, as sections are not always clearly marked, making it sometimes necessary to hunt around or walk a bit to find the right department. Staff members are noted for taking their time to provide helpful service, such as fitting customers for the right golf clubs and offering reasonably priced options.

Special 5 Star callout for Rick in Bicycles. So smart and knowledgable, so thorough, helped me pick out the perfect bike for my age and condition. Very, very nice and patient guy who walked me through all the pros and cons for the bikes I was looking at.

Inventory was a bit unorganized and no one came to assist us at the electric bikes. When we went to the check out, the woman was pleasant. And we entered a second time and the man was pleasant and helpful.
