I walked in and it looked a little dirty at first, when I got seated the lady came from doing a women's feet and she did not wash her hands before starting my nails, the lady who did my nails was rude and ruff, the nail file they used for nails was also used to clean the dust off the table they were not very sanitary, I went in for a fill and it was originally 40 dollars and they charged an extra 5 dollars for shape which I thought was crazy I have been to a lot of nail salons and never have gotten charged with a 5 dollar fee for shape. Do not recommend

I walked in and it look a bit dirty on the inside I sat down and waited ab 5 mins before I got seated and the lady went right to work but then I started to realize my shape was a bit off and my base was bumpy but didn’t think anything of it until I saw her start to paint my nails a French tip and the lines were bumpy and not straight and she used a drill to cut my cuticles which caused the area to hurt then after 15 mins my nails were done which was unusual short and she clearly didn’t take time to make the lines nice or restart they look terrible. Something so simply messed up was then charged 50 bucks for an ugly refill 10 bucks for shape who charges for shape and 40 for refill this is ridiculous and was not worth my 50 dollars . Do not recommend

Please don’t go here, I have rings of fire on most of my nail beds. They did not cut my cuticle and just did the acrylic over it. Also got contact dermatitis. The nail tech would get polish on my skin, on the side of my finger no where near my nail. So when the gel cured on my skin it burned. Nails did not come out good either.

This was the quickest pedicure I have EVER had. While I sat in the chair surrounded by two workers, they had their phones on high volume playing videos without any headphones/ AirPods in. It was NOT relaxing at all. Within two days the polish chipped. Will not be returning.

I went to Great Wave 3 times for a basic pedicure. My technician was Kim. I asked at the end of my first appointment how much the service cost. Kim informed me $45.00. I gave her that in cash plus a $10.00 tip. The second time I went I paid the same and gave the same tip. The third time I went I again asked the price and was told $45.00. I gave that to Kim in cash and saw her take some money and put it in her pocket. I also gave her a $10.00 tip.I came home and checked the website for the prices and saw that it said $35.00 for a pedicure. So I called the store to ask the current prices of a basic pedicure and was told $35.00. I told the manager that I had been overcharged by Kim three times. She said to come in the next day when Kim was working. Well I did go in and told Kim that she had been over charging me for pedicures and she looked me in the eye and denied it!!! She then went back to her customer and was bad mouthing me and saying to her customer, "have I ever charged you $45.00"? The manager did give me a credit but I'm so upset that Kim outright denied overcharging me and then bad mouthed me to her customer! She is overcharging cash customers and then pocketing the difference!

Did they raise the pricing of a regular pedicure? The last two times i went they charged $45 but it normally is $35?

The lady I had was extremely nice and the establishment was nice as well. I docked a star because I got a French manicure that cost $40, $50 with tip, which is completely ridiculous. This is exactly why I stopped getting my nails done. The cost is outrageously overpriced and most of the time, the price doesn't match the quality.

Loved our first visit to Great Wave! We got mani/pedis. They were thorough, but efficient and did a great job. Everyone is super nice. We have been going to Top Nails and Elegant Nails for the past several years and have recently had disappointing experiences (extremely long wait times with appointments, bad service, rude technicians).
