The entire staff at LabCorp was friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Had an appointment today but it didn’t seem to matter as there were 7 people ahead of me. Tech was in such a hurry(I was last in line) she didn’t even wait until the bleeding slowed before putting bandage on. I ended up with a very bloody cotton ball, a purple lump, and a bruised arm. Not a nice experience today.

Alyssa was beyond amazing. From all the paperwork and codes she had to import for my 4 year olds blood test to then taking her blood. It was my daughter’s first time getting blood taken and Alyssa did an amazing job I didn’t even know they started because Rylee just watched the whole time and didn’t flinch. I was more anxious than anything. She did get sick when we were almost done so they stopped and got the trash and ice pack right away. We have to go back for more in a few days and I would definitely recommend Alyssa if you have to bring a kid. All the girls that day were super sweet and the whole experience was exactly what I needed for bringing my 4 year old for the first time. Thank you all. I will be back

Please stop hiring young, unprofessional kids who talk so much they enter all the wrong numbers from the order. Where's the supervisor?? Thank you, Brian, for fixing everything the young girl messed up and drawing my labs quickly and professionally.

I've been going to this location for years, and it's always a disaster, and it's only gotten worse as time goes on. Normally I make an appointment, and usually still have to wait 45+ minutes. Today was just off the charts. This time, I couldn't make an appointment because they were booked 3 weeks out and I needed my testing done asap, so I had to try my luck as a walk in. I joined the crowd of 12 other people standing and sitting in the hallway because there are only a few seats in the lobby. I waited 90 minutes before it seemed hopeless - there were people there 2 hours longer than me who still hadn't been seen. So I gave up. Now I have to call my doctor and have my lab work order sent to a different location so I can have any hope of getting it done in a reasonable amount of time. I will not be coming back to this location.

Alyssa was phenomenal! I have a fear of needles that I am working through now as an adult, I informed my tech that I might faint and was actively having a panic attack; he respectfully switched out (which I highly respected).
In came Alyssa, aware of my fears, retrieved an ice pack for me, understood I preferred to have the work through my hand and instructed me to lie down and my head away (which I planned on doing anyway). She asked if I was ready, and when I said not yet she gave me more time to collect myself.
She was gentle, attentive, and extremely professional. I had an opportunity to personally thank her later because she made a difference in my day and fear. Alyssa, if you ever see this thank you again!

Normally LabCorp is efficient and professional
Not today. The company sends a QR code for people who make appointments. I assume it is to facilitate logging in for your scheduled bloodwork. However, the kiosks they use to scan the QR code on your phone has a plastic tray under the scanner and doesn’t allow one to place their phone to be scanned. The scanner does allow someone to place a driver license in the tray for scanning.
The facility I visit every 6 months scans my license and still doesn’t recognize me although I had a confirmed appointment!! The waiting area is too small and usually doesn’t have enough chairs, so some people wait in the hallway. LabCorp has a large monitor which lists the names of individuals logged in so one has an idea when they’ll be called by the technicians entering one into the system. The monitor was broken, so they call your name and if you’re in the hallway; Oh well??!! Too bad, they might miss you and move to the next person.
The input reception area usually has 3 people on their computers today 1.
I had a confirmed appointment for 8:30 am, I got to the lab at 8:10 am and logged in. They called me for paperwork at 9:10 am
Very disappointed with today’s operation
I’ll be back and give them one more chance; after that I’ll look for a different lab if things don’t greatly improve

Terrible location. Walk ins at any lab corp I’ve been to take maybe 20min. This took over an hour and I had to ask how many people were ahead of me as, I had other things to attend to. I still had appointments before mine so I had to leave. Other walkins that showed up after me were seen before me, I’m talking some gentleman just went up to the counter and said “I don’t have an appointment but I have to go” and was brought back immediately… wish I did that. Only saving grace from a one star was this woman who was polite enough to tell me how many appointments were still ahead of me with a nice attitude. She was cool. Got an appointment at the forked river location for tomorrow instead

Very welcoming staff upon signing in, and I was seen right away. The phebodomist who took my blood was great. Highly recommend this site.
