The low pressure sales staff is friendly and easy to work with. Check out their clearance sections online and in store to get a true bargain!”
“My fiance & I stopped in on July 8th and had the best experience with Heather! She listened to our needs and made suggestions, without being pushy or super salesy. She was extremely knowledgeable & personable. We had to leave to remeasure at home, but went back to make a purchase. We were greeted by another girl, I think her name was Karina...however, Lisa, Heather's supervisor completed our transaction. We wound up buying a sofa & dining table. (They will even try to match the price you saw on the Ashley website with some stipulations) Lisa was great too! I'm all about energy & if I walk into a showroom where the sales people jump on me and follow me around, I'm out!! The whole experience at Ashley was very relaxing. So far our sofa was delivered and put together by the delivery guys. Can't wait for the dining table to arrive on Thursday! We're very happy with everything! (photos to follow)”

She was very knowledgeable and guide me to the proper item for my needs then I couldn't get to the store to make a purchase. She was courteous, kind, and very professional in the friendliest way.
