Quest Diagnostics has an excellent, streamlined, and personless system. Everything is handled through their mobile app or the electronic check-in pad when you arrive, and I find this approach very effective and easy to use. However, I can see how this system might be challenging for those who aren’t as comfortable with technology, as there is no staff member available to speak with until your appointment time.
That said, the technicians here are outstanding. They are exceptionally skilled at finding small, rolling, or hard-to-locate veins without causing discomfort or issues. Their expertise makes the blood draw process quick, smooth, and as painless as possible

I had to go back to get more blood drawn because first draw they did not do all the tests ordered. Checked in as a walk in. Waited patiently fully understanding schedualed appt. Go first. Everyone in room was called in and left still not called but staff sounds like they are having the time of their life in the back. What happened to patient care. Just gave up and left. Hello Lab corp I hope they are better .

I had an appointment and a confirmation code. However, the Quest system and people said I didn't have an appointment. So, I had to wait as a walk-in even though I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment.

There is never a wait, the technicians are always skillful, professional and friendly, the location is very convenient.

Wonderful all around - from online scheduling to remote check in to only a minute or two of waiting it was great. My phlebotomist was friendly and professional too.

I just moved here always got my blood work done at Quest so I looked for one near me. I made an appointment for 7:40 because there was nothing open earlier. I arrived at 7:13 am I signed in there was one other patient there. I came early because I didn't know the area and didn't want to get lost .There were 3 technicians a man walked in he had no appointment. He told them that and they took him. I asked why I wasn't taken they said because I had an appointment he was a walk in. Then another patient walked in and they took her the didn't even sign in. Now they were being spiteful. Finally another technician took me. I will never go back
