Coach Ted makes working out fun! He challenges you and makes you feel like you could conquer the world at the same time. I LOVE coming here. I always feel good when I leave. It feels like a second home here.

Coach Ted is dedicated to and challenges his athletes. Both my son and daughter have been training at TNT for years and the progress and success they have achieved in their respective sports is a direct result of Coach’s training. The camaraderie and support amongst the athletes who train there is next level.
