Always a good experience here. John is friendly and always aims to please. Whether he does your nails or someone else he ensures each customer leaves happy. Excellent value. This time John did my fill. I chose french and he reshaped my nails to my desired choice. I love them and they will look so elegant for an important event I have over the next few days. Super pleased with the service and value!

Lisa was so nice and my nails look pretty good. I was originally serviced by another lady and her attitude was terrible when I told her what I didn’t like.. but lisa helped and made up for it. Thanks Lisa!

The staff was nice and very kind and the girl who did my toes big ups to her because I’m very ticklish and she did my feet with care. But as for the painting for my nails, absolutely not. Some of my nails don’t match up with the French that I wanted and I wasted 100$ for it at first I saw it was 93 and then when I told her to just go back over and fix my pinky and other nails they raised it to 98$ which is ridiculous. Honestly I’m not going back here and would rather travel to my other nail salon in Brick.

i went in to get a fill and i had a broken nail underneath my acrylic nail that hurt so bad. jacklyn did my nails and she was so gentle and sweet while removing my nail. she asked me throughout the manicure if i was happy with the results which was so great. i love my nails and she did such a good job! it was also so much cheaper than anywhere ive been, with the best results.

Used to be my favorite place to go but it’s gone so so down hill. It’s always dirty and the things they do are not standard practice. They couldn’t even file my nails to the same length. Such a shame I have to figure out a new salon to go to. I had her stop doing my nails mid way. Also the constant changes to staff, one speaking less English than the next has caused so many issues with me leaving with my how I like my nails. Never again :(

I've been coming here since I was a teenager. I also purchase hundreds of dollars worth of gift cards here during Christmas and Mothers Day. Last time I was here I waited over an hour and they had a new girl cut me to pieces. I told myself I'd never be back...This is the second time I waited almost an hour with an appointment to have a pedicure done and I had no idea why they booked me if they were busy .. Would have been better to say "come back in an hour". I decided to drive over to Linda's Nails and was greeted, taken back right away and it's very clean. Customer service keeps people.. they didn't even apologize and I will say I am an extremely kind person. I will never return

I just got finished getting my nails done here and couldn’t be happier! Autumn Tree followed my design reference pic to a tee and they look stunning. They staff is hilarious and treats you great! Prices are fair!! Thank you guys!!

Most ridiculous experience of my life. I have been coming here for all my life for them to be absolutely horrible business owners. I went in with a broken bail asking them to add a tip to it so it was even with the rest of them. She added it on and then put acrylic on my nail?? When I was just getting a gel manicure? I asked her to take of the acrylic so I can leave since they were being so argumentative. She "take off" the acrylic and charges me $18 for a fucking manicure!!!! All she did was cut my cuticles and soak my nails. I'm stupid and pay the $18 (which I am disputing with my bank) to get in the car to realize the acrylic isn't even taken all the way off. Idk what these people have done to their business but they took off running down hill

Came in today for a gel fill. Waited an hour. Color I wanted did not look at all like what what I got. I asked for another coat of polish and the lady said no. Never been told no before at a salon. This was the fourth time or so I’ve gone and I won’t be backUPDATE two of my nails are infected from this service. I honestly have never been so upset with anything. Do not recommend.
