Terrible customer service! I have been with Wells Fargo over closer to 25yrs and this branch customer service is down low. I went to deposit money to dear friend money and the tell complaining right from my check leave to my hand writing to an ask her if there was a problem she had the audacity to ask me of I wanted the money to go the wrong account. Meanwhile, I had been there a day be4 or so and ask her if she could a check transaction she looked like I was bothering her! And said awh! It will take a while. Thesame thing when I wanted to open an account for my daughter. I was told I can come another day or go to another township.Disgusting.Pam

Wells Fargo Bank, please assist in helping me with a better experience? I'm giving you 5 stars in advance.Fulton Bank, employees are very unpredictable and rude.Saturday 8/12/2023, 8am 9amI was parked at the front entrance Fulton Bank and wanted to be first in line to receive service to open up a savings account. A white Toyota pickup with female inside drove past my vehicle 3 times looking at me and parked at the corner of the bank parking lot. The female exits her vehicle and starts advancing towards my vehicle. The description of the female appears to be Caucasian female in a long thin black summer dress very low-cut neckline, glasses and black hair and iPhone in right hand with 3 cameras facing me. This estrange person reached my vehicle and lean over my front driver side windshield with her chest compressed on my windshield with her iPhone. I immediately roll down my window and asked how can I help you? The female stated, "you can't park her." I stated the bank opens at 9am and I'm waiting to open up a banking account. She licks her lips and says, "you can park around back." Her saying that made me feel what my parents went through. I asked who are you? The lady stated, "she is the bank supervisor and it's the bank policy, that she can't open the bank while I'm parked in front." I asked is it federal law? I'm not breaking any laws. She continued saying it's policy and that she is calling the Stafford Township Police Department and walked to a gray Honda sedan talking what appear to be an older Caucasian female. I waited 5 minutes and called myself as well due to noticing both female loudly making and speaking to 911 dispatch. 8 police vehicle showed up and the lady opened the bank 15 minutes before 9am. I will not go further in detail as to what happened after. However, I'm a African American male who just wanted to open up a Fulton Bank account because I was not happy with Bank Of America and I felt very nervous with anxiety as to what was going to happen to me when police showed up in force.Fulton Bank324 RT72 West Manahawkin, NJ 08050

Pleasure working with the staff. Second time in less than a month I've gone to deposit cash in the ATM after hours, and the deposit function is down. Recommend Wells Fargo pay more attention to maintaining their infrastructure here, given the influx of full-time residents.

I am changing to 5 stars because Jordan is the best customer service representative I have ever met. He is kind, helpful, funny and very knowledgeable. I only come to this branch because of him. Thank you Jordan for making our banking experience easy and a pleasant ? We always have chicken eggs for you!

Great experience! Excellent customer service! Manager Alyssa and Personal Banker Shannon made great accommodations to get me an appointment to be able to wire funds for the purchase of my home. No other Wells Fargo branch was able to assist. Thank you!

I have waited over an hour to close an account. They desperately need more customer service bankers for saturdays. This is insane. I feel terrible for the only two bankers trying to manager all these people. Thank you Jordan Spohr Meyhar for your help. You were very helpful and quick go get us out.
