I can’t express how much I love this daycare! We have been attending since 2020. Both my daughters love the school, their teachers and friends there. My oldest graduates pre-k there last year and loves to attend the school when she is off from kindergarten. The main teacher MaryJo has been such an amazing asset to my children’s growth and she loves them like her own. I feel so safe to drop my children off there , I highly recommend !

Where do I begin of how wonderful this place is. My husband and I were struggling to find a place for our son. His sitter was not working out and after much research I found EDLC. They set up an appointment for us to visit and tour the daycare and were very welcoming. I have seen many positive changes in my son where he is happy every morning to go to school and he is thriving in learning so much every day with different activities. They do a lot of art work and teach kids numbers, letters, different holidays etc. they hold many activities which is very important in the development of a toddler. My husband and I are beyond satisfied. Mary Jo, Ms. Carla and the other teachers are truly passionate and really care for the kids. To the teachers: Thank you for everything that you do. To anyone looking for a daycare, look no further. EDLC is a great place!

Our family has had at least one child here since 2020 and its been a great experience the whole time and we could not be happier. Mary Jo is fantastic and the whole staff is great with the kids!

Early Discovery Learning Center has been an absolute blessing for our family! My twins have been attending for the past few years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the love, care, and dedication the staff has shown them. From day one, the teachers and staff have gone above and beyond to create a nurturing and engaging environment where my children have truly thrived.
One of the most incredible aspects of our experience has been the way Early Discovery has helped develop my twins' speech and communication skills. The patience and personalized attention they’ve received have made an enormous difference in their confidence and ability to express themselves. Watching them grow and improve daily has been nothing short of amazing!
Beyond speech development, Early Discovery has instilled in them a genuine love for learning. The creative lessons, hands-on activities, and supportive atmosphere make every day exciting for them. They come home eager to share what they’ve learned, and as a parent, that’s the best feeling in the world.
Additionally, the center has been incredibly accommodating to my schedule. Working in the city means I have early mornings, and the fact that they open early has been a lifesaver. Knowing that my children are in such caring and capable hands allows me to focus on work without worry. Their flexibility and understanding have made all the difference for our family.
I cannot recommend Early Discovery Learning Center highly enough. If you’re looking for a place where your child will be loved, supported, and given the best foundation for learning—while also accommodating a busy work schedule—this is it. Thank you to the entire team for making such a positive impact on our family!

I have been using the services since 2020, with my two daughters, excellent service and the best thing is that the girls love going, that makes me feel calm since they feel very comfortable in the place. In addition, they do many activities, and they are always learning, it is not only about care but also about learning.

My son has been attending this school for almost 3.5 years - They have always been super accommodating, resourceful and welcoming! He loves to go and see his friends and teachers. I can tell he is striving in his education and he is happy to be there!

Early Discovery Learning Academy is a great place for your children. I trust the teachers with my daughter fully. She is 3 years old and moved from the toddler room to the preschool room and she is speaking clearer and can read her own name and recognizes letters and numbers too.

Early discovery learning is a great place to trust you children with. We have had our son there since he was 9 months. He loves going to school to see his teachers and to learn. Charu does a great job communicating with parents and creating fun weekly activities

Ms. Loretta and her staff and ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My now almost 3 yr old has been attending for several months begins to clap as soon as we pull in the driveway. My daughter has special needs-she is autistic and the staff has not only supported her and her needs, work with her therapists but give her sooo much love! The biggest part is my daughter has never been sick-this place is so clean and they are very specific on their curriculum of learning. They learn through play and sensory support. I am forever indebted to Ms. Loretta for accepting my daughter with open arms.

i love this school, all the teachers and staff are amazing at what they do and genuinely care about our children. they will send you pictures of your little ones during the day playing and doing arts and crafts and my son comes home every week with projects he’s so proud of. anytime i have ever had a issue with a student at the school and my son Loretta has always put me at ease and took care of the issue right away. we actually transferred my son there from a different school in stanhope and couldn’t be happier!

As a single parent knowing that I can leave my child in the care of such wonderful people gives me peace of mind. I don't seem then as teachers, directors, and owners I see them more as an extended family. This is the best fit for my child and myself.

Never see like this bad daycare, teachers was so bad, my son is only one Chinese, the teacher was racial discrimination for him!They let my son eating in the office let other kids don’t play with him, please just don’t send your kids go there!

Head teacher Loretta claims to have been running school for "30 plus years." A couple of my issues with her are 1) she says she had to write up a report due to my son hitting someone or pulling hair. I have NEVER seen one of these reports and he has attended almost a year.2) she strapped my son to a high chair to get him to stopRunning around. 3) she said she went over every behavioral need that he needed though we never once had one meeting about my son to figure out a game plan. 2) my child is very active and doesn't want to sit around doing circle time or coloring or dancing he always has to be doing something. These girls (who are not trained only like 2 of them have been there a couple years) don't wanna deal with a child like that.3)my son was always left to the side. I've had to leave work early, or not go in at all because he was "acting up" EVEN THOUGH he hugged every child on that playground before he left to go home with me.4)Loretta tells me at 4:30pm in the middle of the week that my son is no longer wanted at her school and she wants him out. She said "were asking he doesn't come in tomorrow... three teachers of mine quit because of your son I'mNot going to jeopardize my business because of one kid" because of this I now sit home everyday and have lost my job due to no child care because every other daycare I have called is full. Minus the attitude from staff (who's children attend the school as well) and the "head owner" Loretta there are 20 plus minutes of wait time when you text that you're here for your child. Or there are multiple clothing articles that I have not received back OR I have gotten by mistake every day AND asked on my personal time toDRIVE to the school to return said articles of clothing to the right parent!!!! Are you serious?. With that being said.... Thank you Loretta you knew my situation when I came to you and assured me that you "work with children" you don't "give up." Bull SHIT and a big fuck you.
