In and out very fast with new watchband. Very impressed by their professional service. They know what they are doing and had a lot of watch bands in both leather and metal to choose from. “It was New Year's Eve and I wanted to wear earrings my late husband had given me. Every jeweler in the area was closed so I took a chance and drove over to Mendham. I can't tell you how wonderful the owner was, there was even cookies! He loosened the clasp so I could wear them to dinner and I knew I would be back. He wouldn't take anything from me. I will be back. There are many good jewelers in Morris County, none are reasonably priced, some have better work than others. The earrings are perfect and his kindness was so great.”

“Brought something in to be repaired, unfortunately the item to be repaired needed to be done by the company that built the item. The gentlemen working there took the time to explain the process and even attempted to find a place that could properly fix the item. While they could not help me I would venture to say that, what I got from the jeweler was worth more then the repair would have cost me. That is, excellent customer service and knowledge.”
