Jessica continuously goes above and beyond to address all of my concerns! She is very attentive and definitely knows how to prioritize a customer's needs. The facility is very well kept compared to other storage facilities I have used in the past. Overall, I'm very glad I moved my belongings here :)

Jess is the best! She is very reliable, knowledgeable and resourceful. She responds to inquires with 48 hours. The answering service are resourceful too. The units are sturdy and clean as well as the facility as a whole.

Good clean spaces for rent. Jessica was and is very helpful. Need better outside maintenance at the lift. The curb is broken and should be a ramp.

Changing our units resulted in some minor technical glitches. The representative onsite in Stanhope, NJ was friendly, helpful and quickly resolved the issue.

We were looking for storage space and had no idea what we’re going to get. Had the pleasure of speaking with Jessica. She is so easy to talk to, showed us all the options we could choose from, and was able to help us decide on a unit that works best for our needs and at a great price. We could tell she cares and thinks about the customer’s welfare as well as our precious belongings. Thank you very much Jessica! Also, the storage facility is clean and is well maintained. This storage facility is highly recommended.
