“Went today without calling ahead to schedule an appointment and Josh at the front was able to help me out getting my pickup in and repaired ASAP. Needed an alignment and Josh was able to hook me up with a good price and deal. “If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. Had a left rear tire flat, I ended up needing a full set of 4 tires on my Jeep, plus an oil change was put in as well. “So while traveling away from home my daughter caught a flat tire on route 15 , she googled tire repair and made it to this shop . Afterwards she called me to tell me how nice the shop keeper was to her and got her back on the road with a tire repair (No charge ) . Every dad out there should be happy and at ease knowing there are still people out there (strangers) that will always do the right thing for a kid in need of help ! “Not sure why there are a lot of bad reviews... I didn't see them until after my car was in the shop. That being said, I experienced none of what everybody else is saying in these reviews. I came in with a flat and needed 4 new tires put on by the next day. I travel a lot for work so it was essential that it was done by the next day. Told the person at the desk and he said that they can do it. I trusted his word and went along with it. Next day rolls around and they filled their promise. Thank you for squeezing me in and getting the job done in a timely manner! Don't let the reviews scare you... Typically people leave reviews when something bad happens. The price was on the higher end but was completely understandable with the timeline that I provided. Thank you Tom and the other gentleman who helped me out.”

“I recently went to Flanders Automotive for the first time to get something changed in my Kia. The appointment was easy to make, and the staff (Al, Paul, & Walter) were extremely helpful in accommodating a time that worked best for me. Once I dropped my car off, I got a call a couple hours later saying my car was finished and that they put air in my tires because they saw my tire light on. They didn't have to do that but it's the little things that add up. I appreciate the fact that they saved me a good chunk of money because the dealership wanted much more. My experience was really nice and I would 100% come back. Plus my car is running so smoothly, which is the best part!!”
“I brought my car in on a Thursday night, hoping to get it back Friday night in preparation for snow coming the following Sunday. Obviously because of the snow, every shop was backed up including lakeside tire. I don’t know what miracle they performed, but my car was done by Friday night about 20 minutes before they closed. This place is amazing, I cannot stress enough that this place knows how to hustle. Very fair, good prices, and HONEST. These guys look out for you. When on the phone talking about tires, the woman on the phone was clear that the tires I wanted were the most expensive option, which would provide the best quality, but had absolutely no problem providing me with more efficient options for the price (for context, I specifically asked for the expensive tires before she even started talking about it). They’ll do what you want them to do on the car, let you know if anything else is wrong, and aren’t pushy. I imagine this is probably a family owned business because the values here are outstanding. Definitely coming back… without a >24hr deadline for my car to be done haha”
“These people took a look at my car and told me exactly what was wrong with it for free. They even gave me alternatives other than their own business to fix my issue. I don't feel like you see this kind of stuff anymore, so they deserve true praise. I will definitely be recommending them to others. I personally hate dealing with this kind of stuff, but they made it as easy as possible. Props to all of you.”

“Great place helped me out when I was in a bind! Nothing is worse to waking up to a flat tire in the middle of a snow storm and having to be to work in 12 hrs (essential worker) He opened the shop plugged my tire and I was on my way within minutes! Great service!”
“I needed the lugnuts on my back tire loosened so I could replace the tire and Rob and Joe took it back, changed the tire for me completely and made sure all of the lugnuts on every tire were loose enough for me to move but tight enough to be safe! “I usually come here for my oil changes. Get you in and out fast. I have had only 1 problem in 50, where they didn't secure the plastic cover, but went back and they fixed it. Prices have increased in 2023, like everything else.”

“One of the best Firestone around. After nothing but bad experiences in Wayne, I decided to go back to my old home store. And as per usual they took the time to align the car very well and didn't try to sell me on a bunch of stuff the car didn't need. I'll drive the 30 miles shortly for an alignment on another car I'm doing front end and suspension work on now. It's worth it to deal with people that are good at what they do.”
“BJ's why do Iove you let me count the ways. You sell me my Dove soap, my Dove body wash, my Vaseline lotion. We are a small family consisting of my Wife and I so buying bulk is a good thing and a not so good thing. Bacon who doesn't like bacon by the bulk. It is good to wrap shrimp, chicken breast, beef tenderloin, scallops etc. They sell a chick pea salad my Wife loves. Let's have a BBQ what do we need. Get your steaks, your ground beef, your whole chickens, your chicken breast and tenders, your premium cuts of beef. You need some ribs, pork tenderloin, can't forget the hotdogs. I don't know if BJ's is a NJ thing or an East Coast thing. What I can tell is I am a fan for some reason I like their paper towels.”
