I purchased and had a set of tires installed along with an alignment on my truck. The entire process from beginning to end was top notch. I had a tire defect show up in the first couple hundred miles, this was of no fault of OK4WD. They took care of the problem quickly and smoothly. The entire team is knowledgeable and very professional. They have definitely earned my future business.

Great experience, the guys at OK4WD mounted and balanced new set of tires for me did my alignment. Had a high speed shake in my truck for three years and couldn't find a shop that could remedy it. Had to replace ball joints twice and since I took it to their shop haven't had a problem and I've had it up to 90 on the interstate. Now my son needs tires on his Jeep so from now on their my go to shop. Big thanks to the whole team at OK4WD for all the great work.

Their selection of products are the highest quality and as far as I am concerned, the best you can get. They get 99% of my business and have never disappointed.

They have some pretty cool stuff there. The guy at the parts counter offered some logical advice even though it meant no sale at the time. That kind of honesty is getting hard to find and won't be forgotten.

A perfect experience! I was having an issue with the wheels on my 2019 4Runner TRD Pro. The team at OK4WD fixed it perfectly. It drives better than ever now. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. OK4WD is definitely my go-to place from now on!

I took a chance and stopped in to see if they could help me find a screen door for my Palomino RV. While they were unable to help me, they were very, very nice. They took the time to look online and in all their books for the things that I needed. .... Unfortunately I may never find what I want and have to have it fabricated. But it's an awesome place to shop. ?

My install isn’t scheduled until August, but I felt a quick review was necessary. I’ve been working with Ken the past few months to dial in my build, and the customer service, attention to detail, consistent communication and product knowledge from him and the rest of the team is worth way more than 5 stars - and I probably wasn’t the easiest customer to work with at times. Can’t wait to see the final build. OK4WD from top to bottom is a great company.

TLDR, Only come here if you're an off road noob, have 0 time, and need below average work done on your truck, that you will likely need to have to call them back and get restitution for.This place has a lot of unnecessary overhead so that's why they are overpriced. Lots of people walking around doing nothing chatting nonsense and they got some massive office space upstairs for 3 total slackers haha, these guys are NOT busy people, very island vibes of the floor going in of dudes just walking around only talking. The only guys actually busy and doing work are the garage techs that you can see through the window from the retail floor.Finally writing a review because I only had a chance to check their work after un-mounting my beadlock wheels that they mounted 2 years ago. The shop took 6 hours to get them mounted.This week, after taking the old tires off it was painful to see they did not seat the bead correctly (rubber was not fully pushed behind the rim lip before putting on the beadlock ring therefore causing bad balancing, which is why I now understand why one nice man gave me some BS explanation when it came time to pay $500+ as to why some of the wheels had to use excessive balancing weights because they were "chasing the balance for a long time" as an excuse for them not balancing perfectly. Yeah your tech is chasing the balance because there is rubber in parts of the wheel where it SHOULDN'T BE). They're careless or don't know how to mount beadlocks I am genuinely laughing out loud just writing that.If you're a pro with pro equipment does it really take 6 hours to mount and balance 4 tires? No.If they can't mount beadlock wheels correctly, why should anyone trust them with a re-gear or electrical work, etc...?This was originally a 1 star but upgraded to 2 star because everyone there is nice and courteous except for this one rude younger guy that is mad at life missing his frat bro days that they had working the counter.

The guys at OK4wd are super helpful. I’ve used them a few times over the years with my 4Runner, and most recently for my Camaro. The wheels I was searching for were backordered everywhere. Gave OK a call and was lucky enough to have Chuck track me down the first available set. He was super helpful and pricing was extremely competitive. Got the wheels and tires mounted and balanced for me & they came out awesome! Not the cheapest shop around but worth the premium for top notch specialty service ??

The team over at OK4WD went above and beyond to make sure the lift kit installed on my 2018 JL was to my liking.Ken, Chuck and the service manager walked me through everything that needed to be done with my 2.5” AEV lift and new steering stabilizer. All I can say is WOW. From the ride quality to the quality in the parts installed, I have nothing but good things to say. I would recommend OK4WD to anyone who asks me where to get a good quality lift from a knowledgeable dealer, they are it.Thank you for everything! I’ll be back soon for more!

Rich P and the whole crew at OK4WD are seriously awesome people! Super helpful and just as stoked as I was about picking up my Alu cab cap. They really make you feel like you matter as a customer, and are happy to talk more than just trucks and off roading. They were great, and helped me load the giant box that the cap comes in into the bed, and it made the two hour drive back no problems. We even did a t-shirt swap between my company and theirs! If they were more local to me I would use them for absolutely all my truck/camping needs. Prices are fair and the shop is sick! I can't recommend them enough.

I have a 2021 Jeep Rubicon 6-speed. I did a huge amount of research on which shop to go with and decided on OK4WD. Amazing people. I've worked with Ken from day 1 who steered me in the right direction and ultimately did a complete AEV conversion on 37 inch tires with them.Prices are extremely fair and competitive and they stand by their workI cannot recommend them enough.

Just had these guys put a wheel/tire package on my brand new Taco....Product prices were right in line with everything I could find on the internet and they were very helpful with their consultation on what size I needed for my plans.
