I'm stoked to have my truck protected from all of the road salt and spray so it doesn't waste away like every other vehicle I've had to drive around this area.”

“We have dealt with Midas in Newton, many times, with most recent being today. My daughter stopped in with her moms car and they brought it right in due to her being on a time restraint. One of the front tires kept going low on air and the tech, Ryan worked on it. He gave me a call because i was working and explained the issue to me and what it would take to fix. I said do whatever it needs so that itbis safe for her to drive. He did the repairs super quick and got her back on the road! He didnt only do a great job with the repairs but also gave a discount on the price because we go in there for all our mechanical needs. I highly recommend newton Midas for your vehicle repairs and service, and especially Ryan!”

“This review is based mainly on customer service. I did not have body work done. My car was towed by Hampton Body Works after a night time collision outside of Newton. They arrived very quickly, considering the hour. Bill, the owner, gave me excellent advice regarding my insurance company. He responded to all my calls and concerns immediately. They definitely care about customer satisfaction, including not taking advantage of customers. I highly recommend.”

“Excellent Service! Sandy was wonderful! My truck was in an out quickly and I was kept fully informed. Dropped it off in the evening for an appointment the next day and had answers by 9am! Repairs completed by the next morning only because we had to wait for a part. Not a week. 2 days in and out! Truck drives perfect now. Prices reasonable. Everyone was friendly. Highly recommend this shop. Thank you Sandy and crew!”

“I've lived in the Blairstown area for years and have been using R&T Automotive for about seven of them. While I’ve tried a few other local shops, I keep coming back here—this place stands out. The owner strikes me as a genuinely nice, unassuming, and intelligent guy. Most importantly, he's always been honest in my experience. Over the years, I’ve gone to him for oil changes, new tires, tune-ups, and various fluid services, all at reasonable prices. That said, I’ve noticed a bit of a change recently—he seems a little less enthusiastic or engaged, for lack of a better word. Still, I trust him and the quality of his work, so I’m sticking with him.”
