“I love this place. They have everything you need and you never really have to wait. I always felt sorry for the people working at Walgreens while the line got 10 or 20 people deep sometimes. Towne is a smaller operation and they’re so knowledgeable. I was looking for something over-the-counter and the pharmacist/owner came out to help me look. He’s just very hands-on and really cares. I would definitely check it out. They also deliver to a pretty wide area so give a call and see if they can help you.”

He saw an issue with my insurance that I couldn’t solve by myself, but he overlooked it and helped me fix that issue, and gave me leniency getting my needed medication. I really appreciate his help and without him I wouldn’t have gotten my medicine that I really need to keep me healthy given that I am diabetic. The pharmacist and his team truly exemplify excellence in customer service. They are attentive, caring, friendly, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Despite being a busy pharmacy, they processed my special prescription with remarkable care and precision. I received thorough instructions on how to administer my medication, which was incredibly helpful. The priority overnight shipment via FedEx ensured I received everything promptly.
This was my second order, as I unfortunately mishandled the first one by not refrigerating it. When I spoke to the pharmacist for assistance, he immediately processed a new order and arranged for it to be FedEx shipped overnight. Thanks to his prompt action, I didn't miss a single dose.
