“Nice local post office. There's rarely a line and you can usually be in/out quickly. NOTE the business hours reflect the small community it serves.
(I used to live in a city where the post office served a larger population and had longer business hours so this took a little adjustment for me.)”

I’ve seen the clerk try her best to satisfy the “difficult” customers too.The staff in Titusville is top tier! They care.”

“Certified mail was sent to me at an address where I wasn't living anymore. Didn't have access to retrieve the pink slip to claim the mail. I contacted the post office troght their website. The postmaster Crystal contacted me, telling me to stop by with my ID and that the mail will be given to me. She was great and prompted my request, and I was able to get my mail without issues.”

“I never thought I’d a) review or b) give five stars to a post office, but here we are. I went in this morning to send a parcel overseas. Given I don’t live in the US, I hadn’t done this before, and the staff at this PO were so helpful and made this a completely painless experience. The bar is sadly really low for these types of organisations and this team show how it should be done.”
