My mind was really blown away by the tape in that place. The sevice is nice and there is a MASSIVE selection of P.O. boxes to look at (if you’re sad and for some odd reason P.O. boxes make you happy).”

“Certified mail was sent to me at an address where I wasn't living anymore. Didn't have access to retrieve the pink slip to claim the mail. I contacted the post office troght their website. The postmaster Crystal contacted me, telling me to stop by with my ID and that the mail will be given to me. She was great and prompted my request, and I was able to get my mail without issues.”

Very disappointed with my experience at the UPS Store in Buckingham Green Shopping Center. I ordered a 24x36 sign and was told the total would be around $28–$30, with no mention whatsoever of any design fees. When I went to pick up the sign, not only was it printed much larger than I had requested, but I was also charged unexpected design fees that were never disclosed upfront.
When I explained that the sign would not work for my needs and that I was unhappy about the surprise charges, the manager became visibly irritated and insisted he had told me about the fees — which he absolutely did not. I’m currently planning my son’s graduation party on a budget, and I absolutely would have remembered that conversation had it happened.
I refused the oversized sign and requested a refund, but the entire interaction was made very uncomfortable. The manager stood there staring at me while I awkwardly put my money back in my purse to leave. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience and a complete waste of time”
