Lived here for 6 years while worked at Rowan. My apartment was decent, clean, no mold, no roaches. Deliveries were never stolen. The area is nice, management is good. Really sad that I have to leave.The only complaint is an ancient a/c unit that I couldn't change because it was not broken. It consumed electricity like crazy.
