Terrible service. Car carrier broke midway through our journey. Took four hours to be removed and Budget never communicated to the towing service that we didn’t want a new carrier, just wanted it removed. Misinformed about the toll pass. Anton told us that toll booths didn’t accept cash which wasn’t true so now we have a to pay a fee for something we didn’t need to use. So not only did we have to pay the tolls but we had to pay to use the device for everyday of the trip. Which in fact we did not need because Anton lied to us. I know this because a toll booth readily accepted cash from us.

Scheduled rental online 3 weeks in advance. I did not put a date in for return of truck because at the time I was unsure. I called the Friday prior to rental to confirm the rental and nothing was said about dates. I go there the morning of the rental date and the guy tells me I only scheduled the truck for a half hour. I need the truck for two days. They did call other locations for me and lined up another truck, very thankful for that part. At that point I had to drive 45min to Philadelphia from NJ to get the other truck. I didn't understand why they couldn't try to arrange for another truck for the next day for the other rental. Why didn't he tell me When I called about the half hour issue? In the end it worked out but the guy told me the whole thing was my fault. I would never trust this location for anything as important as this again! Just rent from the Philly (aramingo ave) location and save yourself some time! The Philadelphia location was the absolute best!

our rental went well. pricing was consistent with the amount shown on our online reservation. They were courteous quick and efficient. Had some cool cars in the showroom which was actually a different business.

We will never use this rental place again. Our account was charged $50 more than our invoice listed and not all of the amount from the invoice was accounted for. We literally used the truck for 3 hours and were charged $281.
