Called to price tires the first time I was placed on hold over 5 minutes, I hung up and called back later only to be given an attitude and spoken to condescendingly for no reason. The interaction was literally. Hey, I’m calling to price some tires and service. The person who answered the phone goes. “What are you trying to price” although I clearly just said what I was trying to price, so asked him do you want the tire size? He goes well how else would I look it up if you want your tires priced well buddy I literally told you what I wanted to price and you asked literally what I wanted to priced, NOT MY TIRE SIZE! So of course I’m going to ask if that’s what you meant by your question if I literally already said what I was calling to price and you ask what I’m trying to price, like literally made no sense and I did not get his attitude at all. With such a nasty attitude I said never mind and disconnected. I would never go somewhere with rude customer service.

Worst tire center in South Jersey. They made me wait 3 hours after giving me an appointment. My tires are in worst shape than before. No wonder I didn’t see any customers there in 3 hours that I was waiting.

I went here told them what was wrong with my car and what I wanted fixed. They insisted on charging a 100$ diagnostic fee. Which is taken off if you get the work done there.(cool) After they did this informed me exactly what I said was wrong was wrong But they could not fix it but they would olny charge me 47$ for the nothing they did told me I had a oil leak but they don't know where and my abs light was on but not why so I don't know what was being diagnosed ended up ordering the part myself and doing the job in half hour friendly people but I will never take my car there again. The issue was a fuel line leak.

Very thorough, asked all the right questions, very family like atmosphere. Parts ordered same day got a phone call verifying parts have arrived, I'm scheduled for 11:00. Well done!!!!

Fantastic service. I called on Tuesday, due to a sewer grate that wasn't flush when roads were redone and it popped one of my front steer tires. I spoke to Andrew first and explained my problem and I needed to get the tire size so he could see if they had one in stock. I called back and not sure who I spoke with but left tire size, name and number. I didn't get a call back that day but figured they were busy so I waited until Wednesday morning around 8:30am to give them time to start their day and when I called I repeated tire size, brand and that they were the all weather because I wanted to make sure they were the same, I was told they would call back shortly and when they did, I was in luck they had the right size tire and they scheduled me to come in at 11am. The tire was off the vehicle and they took it back to mount and balance. Had a hiccup since I probably didn't say the number right but they caught it and came in to tell me. They were great because they had another tire(right number lol) and they took care of it extremely fast which I was thrilled about. I would recommend this company for anybody that needs tires or any of the many other services they offer. Friendly, understanding, patient and did a fantastic job. New tire on the van and it looks great. We will be back whenever we need tires on another vehicle. The waiting area was so clean and comfortable, I saw there was a coffee machine and they had little glasses with candy in them, definitely different from some places we have been in years before. I just want to thank everyone there for being so nice, understanding, helpful and fast but quality work. Thanks again, Tara A.

They used to be good. The last time I was there the mechanic did a poor careless job. The belt was put on wrong ,the grooves misaligned with the pulley .

Called to ask pricing for 2 tire install w/ mount & balance. Spoke to the owner, Andrew. Wanted to charge me $90 for both.Complete rip off. I actually called back to ask why he charges so much and he was offended when I said I’ve gotten it installed in North Jersey for $20 a piece. He started telling me he has to pay for “overhead and taxes” when we all know living and owning a business in North Jersey is significantly more expensive.Here are some other options for anyone who are trying to save some cash:1) go to a local Sam’s club or Costco2) go across the bridge to Philly, w/ gas & tolls, it’ll still be cheaper.Go else where.
