They always fill my prescriptions early which ch is nice. Customer service is always on top🤗 I’ve had it where a pharmacy or I should say pharmacist would make me wait exactly 30 days even though they could be filled at 38 days. Thank you guys and gals🤗

I had some issues twice now with prescriptions and both times the techs called me back within 30 minutes and helped me. I know with Rite aids closing it will get busier, they are doing a great job with being efficient. I also love having the app so there is no guessing on when to pick up etc.

The store was very well stocked ,and clean . The issue was the store associate(s). There were 2 ladies working the night I went in to shop. 1 was a larger, very well feed woman who was very rude, the other lady was from another country, who was wearing a very bad wig and lots of makeup. Now why did they have such very bad attitudes, did they miss the customer service section of orientation?? I would like to suggest retraining, and or a demotion to lot tech, or go work at Tim Hortons to see what real work looks like. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, it’s SAD

I really don’t want to give one star excuse me so it comes like this which one you two here too I don’t want to so with the error with the yellow triangle it’s gonna be blurry. It’s not gonna come out because the picture is not big enough to have it like that. OK so I will just put print only one.I came to print a picture and there are three girls in the counter, not helping at all every time I tell them I need help. They just tell me to do it on my own very unprofessional long time ago, this Pharmacy used to be really good not anymore. They need more Customer Service training. I’m serious. This pharmacy is going down manager. Should go through the video. I have been living in Stratford for 25 years. This is the worst Customer Service I have ever seen. And I just got to know the manager is on me Nobody’s in the main counter all these three girls are together chitchatting not helping customers and I was the only customer in the store. There were nobody else there were people at the pharmacy pharmacy is really nice.

I put a order in for my photo to be printed on 4/15/25. I received an email saying my photo was printed and ready for pick up. I came in on 4/22/25 to pick up my photo and long behold my photo was NEVER printed. 7 days later and my photo wasn't ready?!. The customer service continues to be be trash.

Feel bad for the workers as there must not be any bathrooms to relieve themselves. I was in there and asked to use a restroom and was informed there wasn’t one! WOW! ????

It’s high time you hire the staff to accommodate your clients. Excessive waits in line or in drive thru is the norm. Or is it the corporate accounts you have are enough to disregard service? If I wasn’t forced to go here by my company insurance I’d go elsewhere.

I needed razors that were locked up and I was still in and out within 4 minutes. Very pleased. Sometimes you just need to run in and run out and you don’t have 15 minutes to do it.

I encountered the most disgusting, rude and disrespectful, black woman that works in the pharmacy section. I took prescriptions which are usually taken into this location with no problem from the same doctor. She didn’t even look in the system. She refused to fill them. She made some rule that I have never heard since using this location or any other CVS, this medication is needed for a terminally ill cancer patient who is a 100% Vietnam combat veteran. She needs to be fired immediately. I am also writing to corporate. This is something that should not take place at your local pharmacy. I will not stop complaining and writing until she is removed. My Uncle was in so much pain last night and so sick we had to rush him into the hospital at 3 AM. I’m going back to find out her name exactly and I’m gonna continuously complain about her. Remove her.

Don't send your scripts here!! You have to wait 2days for them after they are sent by the doctor, your get text messages that your meds are ready and you when you arrive there still not ready....second time using this place and definitely won't be back!!!

Thus pharmacy always has delays with processing my prescription for simbrinza eye drops which I cannot skip even a day in usage. Every time I order this medication they ask to wait 2 days minimum because they never have this medication available. 2 times they made me to pay full price 180$ with no reason. One time they had thus medication but they ordered them from another cvs and made me wait explained silly that they could give those drops. Every time I have refills from doctors this cvs has issues to proceed my receipt. This time they told to wait a week while I ordered drops 2 days ago. I can understand sometimes providers and medication companies don't deliver medication in time. Knowing this why would not you guys order some extra bottles for regular customers who come with the same prescription 3 years in a row? I recommend to avoid this pharmacy and leave complains on their official website it seems they react only there.
