I'm starting to realize customer service hers is null and void. Especially the evening employees! They do not know anything, policies nor procedures. But tonight the short Caucasian dude, I am a regular customer there and asked to use bathroom, long story short he told me I should've used the toilet before I came there. Smdh time to go to a different store!

0 Stars! Do you like customer service? Then don’t come here. Nobody will greet you even when you get to the register, and when you do go to the register, you’ll have to wait for anybody to come up when they do they will act like they are bothered. I don’t think it was an act. Then they’ll throw a receipt on the side and a pen and not say anything or even look at you, just asked or told rather to sign that while they still don’t even look at you

Store manager followed me around store and kicked me out assuming I was a bum or thief. Her ego didn’t even let me finish my sentence as I was trying to explain to her I just uploaded $150 on my card at the register 30 seconds prior to her following me around the store. Very very disgusting (Assumes all young black men are thieves)

Deliberately scamming customers. Overcharging from marked advertised prices . Cashiers claim otherwise but receipt proves overcharge. Asked for money back and told I'll have to come back some other time. Requested that someone be called for MY MONEY. 30 seconds later someone arrives to give me my overpayment back. This is an on going systemic problem with Dollar Generals in this area. A store manager arrives and person giving refund is apologizing to her for making a refund, solidifying my reasoning that this is a known scam.

When you look store up it says 8am everyday, but store sign on door says 9am. I drove a distance to come to this particular store. Time on internet should be changed. Other then that store is great.

So blessed to have a Dollar General in my own neighborhood that carries plenty of Little Debbie's when I need them. Maria & Nigel took great care of my order. All the staff is always very helpful and my trip is nice and quick without being rushed !
