Look at all the negative feedback this Goodwill location keeps getting about inflated pricing and poor customer service. They keep replying that everyone's feedback is so important, and how they strive to do better, yet they implement no changes. I stopped shopping here over a year ago due to the same concerns others report, I decided to give it a go the other day thinking "maybe it's changed"... It hasn't. Also, repeatedly saying our money goes to fund thier GED program, great! but let's not forget we are in a time where we can see things like a company's revenue and profit. Clearly the responses from the company are ingenious. Their location is the only thing working for them, being on the pike gives them the traffic of one stop shoppers, they are losing repeat customers.

**READ** Yet another goodwill taking all the FREE inventory that get DELIVERED FREE OF CHARGE, and then turning around paying someone in the back minimum wage to look EVERY SINGLE ITEM UP and marking the items for what they see others online LISTED AT, NOT SOLD AT. The nerve of these people to already be making 100% profit and it not being enough and having Goodwill eBay pages selling things at full retail price and in the store for retail.

High prices aggressive, security on some days and long lines on Sunday…. Used to be a great place to find gems not so much anymore

This is a huge store so I'm giving it an extra star. It appears as though a lot of the ratings are inflated because of the size of the store. It is one of the biggest dumpsters in South jersey. So if you enjoy the art of dumpster diving, this is your place! This Goodwill unfortunately keeps a lot of broken garbage, and for the good stuff they do have, they sure do like to overcharge for it to compensate. You see some of the stuff in here is just not sellable at any price. And there's no way that used jeans should be coming in here at $13, not unless they are really a boutique item. And speaking of jeans why do they even bother having size markers if they're all just thrown together helter skelter? You would think that the size matters for shoppers, but it sure doesn't mean a thing to the employees who stock these racks. Last but not least, my complaint lies with the management for deciding that winter gloves are not clothing and should be considered taxable. I have told them on multiple occasions to take the tax off, and each time you get a blank stare like you are from another planet. Clothing is not taxable in the state of New Jersey. I encourage everyone to push back on their lamebrained policy to not include gloves as winter clothing. To try and pass it off as a taxable item here in the sales tax friendly state of NJ is absurd. A lot of people think you need to go to Delaware to get a sales tax holiday, but not true! New Jersey carves Out Clothing as a not taxable item. And everybody knows this! Except Goodwill, apparently.

I'm extremely disappointed. A while back I bought a guitar amplifier here for $80. When I got it home, after about 3 minutes of use it began making a crackling sound then smelled like burning wires. I took it back the next day, and the manager gave me a store credit. I specifically asked her if it expired at any point, and she said no and to have them call her if anyone gave me a problem with it. I've been back many times since, but found nothing I wanted.Fast forward to today, I found another amplifier. I tried to use the store credit, but they wouldn't take it, stating you must use it within 30 days. The manager who issued it no longer works there, and the current manager told me she would not honor it.Some Goodwill stores have a two day return/refund policy on electronics. I'll have to go to them instead from here on out.

Has a fairly good selection of clothes, not a lot of variety but still good. Fairly reasonable prices as well.

Used to be my favorite Goodwill. I could walk out with 6-7 things for around $20-25 tops, now im lucky to get 3 things for around there. TShirts were $2.49 in 2021 now they’re $5.99…ridiculous. Leather jackets pile up here because theyre all priced at $50. Shoes are over eBay prices, etc. The manager is truly the most rude person, and seems like a toxic environment there. Ive heard him yelling at employees in the office on multiple occasions. He also holds things for friends as I’ve seen a kid come in and heard them openly talking about it. They also have a “shoe lady” who comes in and buys all the shoes they set aside for her. Im sure the manager gets some money under the table for this. I rarely come here anymore and dont plan on changing that. Remember, all your product is donated…and you pay employees awful wages and pay no overhead besides rent (if any), supplies, utilities, and payroll. Many other businesses operate with fair prices and they actually pay for their product, so stop with that excuse. Goodwill is churning out money hand over fist. Be more self aware and get some new management.

Surprised by all the bad reviews. This is my favorite Goodwill in the area. It’s often messy & chaotic, but it’s also huge, has the biggest variety, and the best prices compared to the other ones in the area. I’ve never had an employee there be rude to me. They’ve always been friendly even when it was a nuthouse.

Employees are rude, store is never organized even remotely, and their policies are outdated and far more restrictive than any comparable store or thrift (no beverages allowed inside, you have to leave your bag at the cashier) meanwhile they have customers in there asking me for money. Absolutely insane experience. My friend tried clothes on and stepped in urine.

Here's a little secret most Goodwill shoppers don't know. The people in the back who sort and tag the merchandise work on commission. Most likely why products are over priced. It's not about the customer. It's about the commission. I also agree with the description of the Manager. Rude and condescending. I've actually issued a complaint to Corporate about this particular store. Probably why the cashier's are so miserable.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got here at 10am on a Sunday and there was a line to the other end of the building... I gracefully walk in at 10:03 after the line is in the store ... people were scrambling like black Friday. Complete savages. Carts full by 10:20am and blocking all aisles .. I found one item for a $1 and had trouble getting to a register people would black aisles purposely as they were rapidly pushing hangers. I got to the register and the girl working didn't say a word to me completely ignored the 'how are u' didn't smile or make eye contact and it's only 1025am I'm checking out with one item. These people shouldn't be here if they can afford 300 in clothes go shop somewhere else and leave these used clothes to people who only leave $5 to their name. This is the worst experience I have ever had.

Could not agree more with the all reviews they refuse to answer about the RUDE AND NASTY cashiers turned managers. They will racially profile and arbitrarily remove tags from items, for example shoes, which have tags that match the exact price they have written all over the bottom without any basis. Had to deal with PAOLA V, who smells very poorly, and is just a plain racist. Making baseless claims, and arguing about it as if she herself paid for the items and was reselling.PLEASE DON'T JUST RESPOND ONLINE- DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.
