“My wife rents here and I dont like how they raise your monthly payment all the time. Outside of the cost going up, I can say that the facility is convenient and always clean.”
“I can't believe I forgot to write this review after we moved our things into storage last month! I just had to come back and give Angelo the recognition he deserves.
From the minute we walked in, he was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with the whole process. Moving is stressful enough, but Angelo made this part of it soooooo easy.
You can tell he really cares about helping people and wants to make sure everything goes smoothly. It's not often you come across a customer service person that feels this genuine, and it really stood out to us.
Thank you so much, Angelo, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. If you're considering Extra Space Storage on Spring Garden in Philly, you're in great hands!”

“We’ve been there since Jan. 2025. It’s always been clean and bright. I feel safe there by myself. Yesterday (8/13/25) my hubby and I had to move something from storage unit to our car. It was a bit too heavy for us. We looked around and…Rodney to the rescue! He is always smiling and helpful. Yesterday he moved up to next level of service by helping us get those heavy stadium chairs into our car! Thank you Rodney!!!”
“I’m glad I chose this storage facility. The entire process was quick and easy from start to finish. “Tom was a great help from start to finish, answered any and all questions we had when we wanted to find the right size storage space. Priced it out, held the space for us, great helpful guy. The place is well kept, low key, everything you need in a storage facility.”
“I have to say that Mike was an absolute pleasure. As someone who is also in the customer service/sales industry, I’ve seen a decrease in the level of care for customer service, but they do a wonderful job at Extra Space in Blackwood. Mike listened to my concerns, he was knowledgeable, took the time to make sure I knew all of my options, and made everything so simple. I definitely recommend!”
“The girl that helped me was very good. She took me all the way to the unit and explained everything and it was very nice inside and clean and she was very helpful.”
