“ALDI is my go-to supermarket. Their prices can't be beat. While you can't find EVERYTHING that you want there, you can get all your essentials and more for a fraction of the price. Their produce is sold in bulk (you can't buy a single lemon) but it's decent quality and you get a lot for the price. “Always stocked up and clean. Well organized. I go in once a week and i am pretty much in-and-out because i know what i am getting for my family of 4 each week. “I love ur store!I’ve been shopping there for 3+ years and have brought ‘MY TRIBE’ who have all become regulars. I LOVE ALL OF UR FEMALE STAFF THAT WORK THERE!!! THIS IS NOT A SEXIST REMARK!! Just my observations. The men/boys - not so much. Generally speaking about the boys; they are NOT FRIENDLY or HELPFUL and no personalities! No greeting and when asked a question - I get a grumpy unintelligible answer making sure I know that I’m bothering them!! In complete contrast to the female staff who are friendly, helpful (Wendy who is, hands down, ur SUPERSTAR!!!) She always knows where everything is and how much stock u have. ALWAYS a big smile and a welcoming Hi Paula!! She’s happy to see me and wants my business. Also , the gal out on Maternity leave: pregnancy & motherhood have brought out her softer side which is great!! There’s a newer black woman who’s wonderful!! Always a big smile & greeting! I can’t recall her name either. There’s also a white woman - a bit older than the other ladies/ always helpful as well!! U have a good thing going and good prices - although they’ve been going up quite a bit and often. The quality of ur produce has really been going down which is very upsetting bc my family eats only fresh produce! I make a big salad every night and always a fresh side. I hope you’ll keep an eye on that as I have heard many comments from patrons saying the same thing while we’re over there picking through the fruit & veggies. And please take a look at ur male emplyees - they need some additional training and good customer service role playing!! I always found that role playing was an excellent tool to help improve employees greetings, conflict resolution, and answering customers questions. It gives them a chance to ‘try it on for size’ and get comfortable with new skills. Just make sure they know it’s an expectation - NOT A SUGGESTION!! LOL. I want to thank you for a great alternative to the higher priced grocery chain stores!! And a friendly and helpful staff for the most part!! Just get those boys in shape so the girls can stop showing them up!! Sorry for the length of this feedback! I’m passionate about my food & where I shop!! Warm regards, Paula G. “This is the spot, literally I come here everyday. Anything to everything you can think of at very competitive prices, like a got a frozen family size lasagna for 5.99. They have such a variety of stuff too. They got "The Whole Shebang" chips lol. It's so much more then a corner store, or a smoke shop, it's kind of has an Aldi vibe to it, if Aldi only sold the essentials. However anytime I've ever needed something while cooking, a spice, a sauce, some rice, butter, milk, whatever it may be, a quick hop skip and a jump later and this place never let's me down. “I was a tourist in Philadelphia last June for the club world cup. I discovered this deli by pure coincidence after I took my clothes to a laundromat nearby. I was hungry so I said to myself let’s see what they got. I swear to god they had the best Philly cheesesteak I tasted during my stay and I swear I tried all the famous spots like Philipp’s and Brother’s and other expensive restaurants (as a tourist I had to look for the best) but really nothing beats his Philly Cheesesteak. I count to come back next Year in Philadelphia for France’s world cup match and I will try again this deli for sure”
