Had a check engine light stopping me from getting inspected they repaired it way lower than the other place I went to originally to have it checked out. Today I’m going for tires and brakes I have shops all around me but I’m going here I trust these guys.”

“I called the Maple Shade, NJ Mavis on Collins Ave on MLK Holiday. In spite of the location not having in stock, two tires I needed, John and his team were able to get the tires shipped to his store the same day. They installed the tires and had my vehicle back to me by dinner time! Their flawless execution was a demonstration of excellent customer service! Im gonna give you guys the most real and honest review you ever read. In today's economy we all feel the struggle in are wallets and not many company's willing to help stretch those said dollars. In my honest opinion I called several companies for quotes etc and this quote was by far the best. Not only did they get the part the next day the car was fixed in a timely manner that same day. You cant ask for better.
Kristie one of the workers went above and beyond for me in terms of helping me out. There isnt many people like that left in this world and I greatly appreciate her kind and dedicated service to the company she works for. She represents your company with the utmost respect to the customer.

“These guys are great!!! We just dropped in with our small motorhome because it was showing a low tire on the inside rear of the dually. They helped us right away! Filled all 6 tires to the suggested factory air, and felt that the sensor was messed up. We will probably take it back in ( with an appointment this time!), to have them fix the the sensor issue.”

I don't live in the area, but,I have referred them to two other friends who are very happy with their services and very happy with the price for the services, which is value.
I believe the hardest thing to find today is honesty. As a consumer, we don't know what we don't know.
Because of the distance from my home to their place of business, I did not bring my car here first. After taking my vehicle to a local mechanic who did not solve the problem, I decided to take my vehicle to Matthey, .because I trusted them, based on the experience of my good friends.
If you don't have extra money to waste, then take your vehicle here first and save yourself money. Because of convenience, I made a poor decision costing myself time, not having my vehicle which cost money. They not only diagnosed the problem and solved it within a day, but the estimate was right on, and the car was running better than ever. I trusted my local mechanic, which cost three weeks and they solved the problem in a day.
Their price structure is very forward, and very fair. More importantly, they focus on the work and provide a two year guarantee along with their services.
Now that my vehicle is running, I will be taking it to Matthey for all future work.

“Chances are if you are calling this company, you are having a bad day. Rest assured that DW will turn it around and get you back on track. We spent about three hours trying to get AAA, OnStar and other local businesses to respond to our flat tire in south Philadelphia and only DW responded and stayed focused on our problem. He sourced a new tire from a local vendor and brought it to the vehicle, mounted, balanced and installed the tire right on the curb where we were stranded. Don’t waste your time with the national “service“ providers. Call DW.”

“This was my first time going to Kellers Auto !!! First off, great customer service. Called them and they took my car right away. Something has been wrong with my car for over a year now. I’ve been to multiple mechanics trying to get it fixed. NO ONE could figure it out. I’ve spent so much money getting stuff fixed and still having this issue. Well Kellers auto knew what it was right away!! They fixed it so fast too. They even informed me that I needed new spark plugs, which I supposedly got over the summer somewhere else and they never did them!! So thank you so that information.
