“When I financed a vehicle thru a Nissan dealership they incorrectly spelled my name. When I contacted Wells Fargo by phone they suggested I go to a local bank where i have accounts to address the issue.
I met with Fatima S. and she understood the issue and was able to correct my name and more importantly merge the auto account with my other WF banking accounts. Fatima was exceptional in every aspect of my banking concern. From the moment you walk into the bank you feel welcomed by the entire staff in a most professional manner which is a testament to branch manager Amy P. and her operation of the bank.
