Store is great. Employees are always nice and helpful, especially the one manager (i believe) Rebecca, who is always willing to help customers in any way that she can. She goes above and beyond and it shows!

I love dollar tree even before I started here everyone is super friendly and always willing to help customers!! Rebecca is one of the nicest managers there and I enjoy working with her along with Amber and the other staff !!

Ok so I dont usually write reviews but I gotta say Rebecca (assistant manager) at this dollar tree is the best. Every time I come in she’s literally running around helping everyone n still finds time to be nice to ppl. She actually helps u find what ur lookin for instead of just pointing like most ppl do lol. The store’s always clean when she’s working and things just feel more organized. I’ve seen her help older ppl, kids, even deal w rude customers n she never loses her cool. U can tell she really cares abt the place n the customers too. Honestly dollar tree’s lucky to have her. Not a lot of ppl in retail put in that kinda effort anymore. She’s super nice, patient, and just really good at what she does.

Rebecca was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, patient, and genuinely went out of her way to help me. She made sure I understood everything and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone who provides such caring and professional service. I really appreciated her kindness and attention to detail — she turned what could’ve been a stressful experience into an easy and pleasant one. Thank you, Rebecca, for your amazing help!

A worker Rebecca was so kind! She shows me around the store and helped me pick out the items I needed for my aunts baby shower! She was working very hard and open up a register for me to get checked out along with other customers! She seems to be doing a great job and was kind to every single person in the store per usual! Only positive things to say about this young lady!

becca called me roxbury trash because i happen to not be able to afford my tooth paste . i am infuriated .. i don’t know if ill ever go back to this store again after this outrage of a experience. In my 23 years of living i have never had such disrespect 🙁

had a horrible experience with a worker named rebecca extremely rude and nasty, threw sly comments while i was trying to get rung up by her continuously gave me dirty looks as i was shopping and complained when i asked her to do her job!!!!

Went there this evening and asked if they could open another register because the lady in front of us had 2 carts of stuff and the line was getting long! The nasty little girl named BECCA mumbled under her breath you could just be patient and shot me a few nasty looks! If she doesn’t like her job she should quit! No professionalism or customer service at all! She is a good reason for ppl to go to the dollar deal at the other end of the mall!
