Staff were friendly, but a bit slow moving. Took a lot longer then expected. Overall though still a good experience and a great place to buy or sell games.

Games are priced wrong and they do not honor the price on the stickers. Had a game labeled ‘new’ however they said the game is ‘new’ but ‘unsealed’ which made no sense.

Went to return a game that Gamestop online sent even though I cancelled it & they wouldn't refund me the shipping even though the the chat I had with the company said I was to get a full refund. The clerk was rude 12/13/24 & called me an Ass! He wouldn't even look at the chat from corporate! Unprofessional & extremely rude!! No way to treat customers. I ended up going to ROCKAWAY & had no problems!!! Won't be shopping there anymore & I shop a lot.

Really like the folks here. Knowledgeable. Honest. Helpful. Kind. I bring my boys back here time after time for games—new and used. We bought oyr PS5 through them too. Highly recommend.

For being a mid size store - it seemed emptier then most other gamestops. I had to make a return and my experience wasn't great. Buyer beware

Went in not knowing what game to buy for the Switch, but Ky and AJ really helped me figure it out. Props to those two, they know what they’re talking about! They even told me some pointers on the Switch I didn’t know about

Love this store and the staff. Always so helpful and friendly. Always go above and beyond. I really wanted the new princess peach switch case but they were sold out. Employee saw Hacketstown had one and offered to pick it up from Hacketstown so I could get it the next day. Woohoo

I went to trade in a console today, and was told that they stop taking console trades at 7:30 PM. It was 7:31. Guy tries to explain it's 'just policy' and 'there is nothing I can do'
Abhorrant customer support. I'll make sure to go to a different Gamestop from now on.
Only took 6 minutes to write this review. Probably could have just done the trade as well.
