Loui at the kitchen design dept was unhelpful and wasn’t encouraging to make me kitchen with the home depo I felt he didn’t want work that’s all … but if he works on commission he probably would have ripped my shirt to stop me and try to sell me the kitchen…

My husband stopped in to Home Depot yesterday he was looking for a hose for the toilet an employee walked by him in the aisle he was a middle-age gentleman. My husband asked if he had a minute and he snapped at him and said no what kind of employees do you have work in there?

The crew here is so kind! They are always helpful and willing to explain anything I need answered. The guys over by the saws cut all my 2x4s and shiplap with a smile and even chatted with my little ones. 5 star!

the one guy that works there Paul, is very rude to customers. he works in receiving but is probly the rudest person I've ever met. we won't be returning. we'll go elsewhere from now on.

Awesome place to order from and have it delivered. The only thing the website make sure you go all the way threw until you get a confirmation number.

I bought a dishwasher at the Roxbury, NJ Home Depot. it was a disaster! I'm warning you -- DO NOT buy from Home Depot! First f all, they rip you off by charging you $245 for a plumber and then don't send one and instead they have the delivery guys install it. This is fraud. Secondly, they broke the hose that goes to the cold water, got water all over under the sink, and left it like that and then left & never told me. I then tried to wash my hands and discovered the faucet not working and looked under the sink and realized there was a lot of water under there and that the hose was broken. I then called a manager and they said they can't get somebody here for another 5 days -- It's 2 days before Christmas and they have left me with a complete mess and my faucet not working! This is absolutely inexcusable!! Moral of the story -- don't trust Home Depot. Find a local appliance store & shop there. I wish I had.

Noelle and Mary Jean were extremely helpful in the blinds/shades department. Nice to work with competent, friendly, patient employees. Looking forward to getting all the shades delivered and installed.

placed an order online about $600 worth of merchandise for instore pick up at Roxbury #0909, on 8/14/2022. I placed my order around 4:30pm, - got an email that my order was ready for pick up at 7:30pm. I got to the store, first off i was waiting for someone to help me at customer service desk for about 15min, even though there was nobody there. got my order and instead of 10 boxes of laminate there were only 9, i checked the boxes and they were trying to give me the wrong laminate. i told them it's wrong merchandise, someone went to look for the right laminate - 30 minutes passed and they tell me that they can't find the laminate even though there are 50 boxes at store according to website. needless to say i cancelled the order - totally disappointing and unprofessional!

Bought carpet for our condo. 2 rooms and a staircase. Waited 4 plus weeks for it. Understandably due to the supply chain breaking down. Scheduled a date for install. My wife and i moved furniture, took pictures down , stuffed things in other rooms, including the bathroom. Guys showed up with the carpet. The supplier cut the carpet wrong . Couldnt be laid the way it was supposed to be because its directional. They had to reorder it. We are 2 weeks into this , crap all over the place and it came in buuuuut, they cant get here for another week. Mind you, we have stuff all over the place. Nice going Home Depot.

Just had and argument with another customer because of the crappie employees that work here. I finished shopping got in line to check out. I hear someone being and asshole I back of me so I turn around and the guy is bitching about me getting in line. I had NO clue they have an employee lining customers up to check out. Instead of telling me the employees and the guy stood there bitching. When they saw me looking I told them all they had to do was tell me and I have no problem moving and letting him go first. The employees was not telling people and she was know where near the register so I didn't notice her doing ANYTHING!! I miss Rickels!!!

Huge store with a great indoor plant selection (what i came for) - everyone working here was super friendly and kind! I've seen some great fiddle leaf figs, and some surprise huge monsteras at this location, so they definitely understand popular indoor plants and are doing their best to keep a good selection in stock. Just the other day, they had a team outside preparing the outdoor section for spring, and everyone seemed to be in great spirits and enjoying working together, which is always great to see employees interacting in a positive way.

Terrible. Ordered carpet from them and the screwed it up beyond belief. Then good luck trying to get a hold of someone. Phone rings and rings forever. The worst!!

Stopped in the other day because I was in the area and had a to-do list. This Home Depot has the usual stuff that all the other's in the area do, but the Employees here could definitely use a Customer Service training program. One that actually teaches them how to effectively deal with Customers. One of My list items was to get some keys made so I headed to the key making counter where a line was already forming. I let one of the HD Associates know they should send someone over. He nodded and did nothing. I head to the Service Desk where She Pages for Customer Service to the key counter. 10 minutes and still no sign of an Employee. I head into the Department where I see a HD Associate and ask him can he make keys? "Nope, I'll get Someone though". 5 minutes go by and still nobody. I Returned to the Service Desk where She tells Me to use the key kiosk [which sucks btw, keys made here are non refundable and never work]. "No, I want the key person" I told her. "Get Me a Manager NOW!!" So 5 minutes later He stops by and says "Yeah our key guy is on his way." A total of 20 minutes later the key guy shows up. When It's My turn in line I ask him "are You the only person in this place who knows how to make keys?" He says "Yup, that's Me" My time is important to Me and so I won't need to return to this place. Two Stars for the merchandise.

I have called this store about 4 times and so had corporate to locate a missing order of $100 that was 'delivered' (it wasn't). Managers Zeke and Michael have said they would call me back, but the 4 times I called because THEY DIDN'T determined that was a lie. I will NEVER shop at another Home Depot again
