Long-time loyal customer of PetCo...15+ years and several different locations. So I am very knowledgeable of their services and their customer service standards. Since moving to this area and visiting this store...I've been disappointed each time! Especially when trying to schedule a grooming session for my dog. It got so bad, that I decided to drive 1.5 hours to my previous store and let them perform her grooming, because I lost confidence in this store and couldn't risk my dog being neglected during her grooming session. Definitely ZERO STARS for service from the top to the bottom of their staff. The place feels abandoned and appears the workers don't want to be there. I've taken my business for food purchases/supplies to the Pet Goods store across the street and for the grooming, I'm taking my dog to Shower Your Pet Spa.

Went in to get Live crikets and i belive he was a manager of the store , basically told me that he hates selling crikets because he loses money . That is not what you say to a customer that went in to get live crikets . He also started talking about maintenace on a lizard and he had no idea what he was talking about . We Will not go back to that store , i need to also add that i am a licensed vet and his infomation that he is giving out is wrong and he needs to go back to reading up on the animals that he is selling . lizards live in desers,forest,prairies and cannot live in Cold areas . Please teach him the basics before he sells another lizard .

Melanie checked me in and was very pleasant. She groomed my pup and did an amazing job. I was very satisfied with the services provided.

I am disgusted, furious, in disbelief. my boyfriend and I have been to this Petco plenty times befor, saw dead fish, a dead chameleon drying up in its tank, and now a sick bearded dragon. This bearded dragon we got for a discount even though in its condition should have been handed to us. Extreme dehydration and its eyes would not open. We got her on Friday night, it is now Monday night, she has passed away. We did everything we could in our power to help her and I'm glad we gave her a few more loving days in her life. I am super disappointed in their effort for pet care. Their reptiles don't have proper light, they have baby dragons with sand substrate, and bigger dominant ones with babies. I want to add that this baby beardie we got was only 4.6 grams and should not have been available for sale. I really wish they would put more effort in. If I ever go back it woll be to check on these poor creatures, but I will not be buying and supporting their business anymore.

When i picked her up she instantly smelled amazing at first pet and still few days later . Monalisa overall happiness was lifted and im very happy with the groomers results. I will be returning ty again Monalisa smiles ?

TW: injured animal, neglect, and abuse!!!Literally animal abuse. Injured animals, flies in the ferrets cage, fish tanks are disgusting. Came in today to buy a new tank had to see the animals of course. The conditions these poor babies were in is HORRIBLE. Place needs to be shut down and someone come in and rescue these babies. my dog had an issue with them, crapped all over the table. i took my dog to the vet and looked for answers, vet said the dog missed me and put him on a mild sedative. it worked, took my dog there for about the next year, commented each time i dropped him off how i just gave it to him.well, i went there sunday for his appointment, mentioned i just gave it to him and was told they could not take him. i was like this is the same thing i have done for a year now. i was told first that she was never aware my dog was on them. i told her she knew because i told her each time. then she changes the story to its a new policy.thats ok, they missed the stuff in his hair i pointed out each time. they are way over priced for services and goods. my dog and me will be a lot happier elsewhere. only a matter of time until they close their doors for good, too many people feel the same way

We have been going to petco for years to get our dogs haircuts. We met a new groomer who's name is Janice and she cuts our dog great. The dog gets crazy at times and I don't know how she does it but everytime she cuts him she just does a excellent job so we have been having her cut our dog everytime.
