“In all my 46 years of driving I have never gotten into one of my cars that refused to start. They say theres a first time for everything and yesterday was that day. . I have AAA and Rusty showed up and very meticulously got my car onto the flatbead without causing any damage as its pretty low to the ground. Rusty said hes only been on the job for 3 months but his work ethic was remarkable. Great job Rusty. WIll definately use Ron and Sons if I ever break down again.”

“It might seem counterintuitive to write a review when my car is still stuck.. but that's honestly the best case scenario! The team was responsive, helpful, and kind through our entire interaction. I explained that I really couldn't afford a lot out of pocket and that I really didn't know what getting the car out of it's spot entailed and not only did they ensure me they wouldn't do anything without talking to me, they also followed up with my insurance company afterwards to help me with the next steps forward. They even had another team member evaluate the situation to make sure they weren't missing anything.
