worst post office eve. First of all, all post offices should have tape available. Customers forget sometime. I had everything else I needed to ship my package, the older women refused to give me the tape. So I went to a local busines. They were nice enough to let me tape my box up but before this happened I already stood in line for 20mins. And she only seen 2 customers. 3 other get out line to leave & so did I. I brought the box back in 10mins. or less my I came with my own label & everything put it in the slot & she refused to walk over and take the box out the slot, said I have wait until she's done. About 25 ppl in line. Just bitter. all she had to do was walk over and take the box out of the slot so no one takes it. Horrible customer service. kindness goes a long way.

Terrible customer service. I sold a product online went here to ship it. I gave the lady them the address it was going to, I verified the address and paid. The buyer of my product informed me that he hadn’t received anything and came to find out that the package got shipped to my home not the address I needed to go to. She cost me a sale and cost my the shipping cost. She knew what had happened, it’s sad we are at the mercy of people like this in these positions. If you don’t have customers service skills find a different job.

Disappointed that I (and my husband and daughter) took time off work/school for a passport appointment at this location (which was confirmed) and last-minute right before our appointment they call and say they can't process passport applications at this time and we need to make an appointment at another location. I think they could've let me know earlier than that.

Went to notarize some papers. After lady huffed and puffed about us not having an appointment, she told us it was $20 per signature. Absolutely absurd. Will never go back to that store again.

Horrible place if you get serviced by Sandra not well mannered has an attitude and is extremely rude, unable to handle a stressful work environment Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Would recommend going to another location. Staff needs to be more engaging and looking out for customers. $84 for 2 packages that didn’t weight more then 6lbs.

This post office is exactly the opposite of the one where I live. There are plenty of parking spaces, the actual facility is clean, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. It was a convenient place to stop when shopping in the area and I'll definitely keep it in mind next time I have a package to send.

I called the post officer specifically because I saw a package that I was receiving was at their facility and I wanted it to be kept on hold because I was going out of town and I would just pick it up. The lady stated she sees the package and she would put it to the side for me. When I reached the post office there was a ridiculous number of people waiting with only one person at the desk. I patiently waited since I knew all I had to was pick up my package. When I finally got to the counter the lady said she couldn't locate it and that she would tell the supervisor, John. He was sitting in the back the whole time while there was a huge line with customers complaining about the wait and he could have easily helped her out. I was still waiting because I thought John was going to contact the carrier. And another lady came later and asked what I was waiting for and when I told her she looked at me and said he probably didn't even contact the carrier which was true. When she got his attention he acted like it was the first he was hearing from it and couldn't understand why I didn't want the item delivered when I specifically said I wanted to pick it up since I was leaving. I wasted an hour and half waiting at the damn post office when my issue could have been solved in ten minutes He eventually did contact the carrier and the guy was super friendly and gave me my package. For the most part everyone who works at the post office is super friendly but this one incident really irritated me and you know people only write reviews when they're annoyed! So here's to John!

Avoid this UPS store in suschanna at all costs they will tell you that you have to pay for boxes and tape no matter what the amazon tag says . Amazon say no box or label needed. They need a box, and after they print the label they will hold it hostage until you pay. I have never experienced this type of service at a UPS i'd drive twenty minutes away if i were you.
