The night shift employees keep turning off the delivery service… why???… I’ve been ordering on the 7NOW app for over a year now.. all of sudden they just turned it off.. that is not fair to people who place delivery orders. Please fix this

Used to go there every morning at 6 o’clock to grab a tea before work except for the past week and a half they have not had any teabags just a specialty teabags which no one uses anyway I asked them when they’re getting tea. They say maybe tomorrow I come in they got no tea. I have to go out of my way to get a tea at the 7-Eleven in Summit off of Morris Avenue and Broad Street way better service there.

Lady at the deli and the guy at the cashier worst customer service I ever find on 7 eleven store.
Ask them for a small box or something to Carry out some pizza slices, both where like. No boxes. Without saying sorry or anything like that. Just. ( NO BOXES). Come on it's not my first time buying on 7 eleven stores. Those guys needs to know we don't depend from the stores. Stores depends of customers.

Went to get snacks with my cousins and guy behind counter was rude. They got snacks and fountain drinks and I topped off my half full water bottle with water from the sink. When we went to the counter the guy charged us for three drinks without saying anything, and when I asked why, he said it was because I filled up my water bottle. I told him that it was already more than half full and I just topped it off from the sink. He didn’t care. Also charged me for the largest size drink. Not going back to this location. Unfriendly staff. Happened 8/2/25 around 1:20pm

Morning guy is very rude he screams at you in the morning time.. he said there is a procedure to use the restroom 🚻.
I told him i wanna buy coffee.. ☕️ he said buy coffee first then use restroom who wanta to leave there coffee outside huh…

Very Rude 7 eleven Clerk, don’t let use restroom and is always confronting clients. I think the owner should take acoountabily on this situation because a lot of people complain about the same thing , business will loose a lot of clients incluing me, not going back there. My issue Happened 2-18-2025 at 5.15 pm.
