I had a great experience with Ken at Audio Nexus. Highly recommended to all. I was impressed with his patience, knowledge, and customer service. I went into the store thinking about purchasing new speakers and over the course of several weekends wound up with a fantastic system that has given me so much joy. Ken's knowledge of equipment and price tradeoffs helped me make the right decision on each system component. He was always readily available and easy to ask questions of. His years in the industry make it such a benefit to someone just getting back into great audio and upgrading my listening room.

I called Ken at Audio Nexus because my Arcam needed upgrading. He was very helpful and went above and beyond with his impeccable service. My receiver is now back, hooked up and compatible with the current HDMI standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Nice old-school hi-fi store. Great brands in the hi-fi + value category. They are able to get you anything from their manufactures pretty fast at MSRP. Friendly owner / staff. Good all around.

I was looking for a midrange Turntable ($500-$800) and I was stuck on this one brand…. Looked up on google closes TT/Audio dealer near me and Audio Nexus came up, and I was pleased that it was the town next to the one I’m living at currently.
Called Ken and told him what I was looking for…and He gave me his experience and knowledge about TT around that price point, the TT I was asking for, and he also gave me some pointers of what to look for as in VTA adjustments, Dampened accessories, platters and future add-ons like MM or MM carts.
Went down to his shop and he kinda pointed me into a direction of a brand called Pro-Ject, he had one in his sales floor. The look, the sound, and of course the price was all there.
Made the deal that day.
Ken was calling me and giving me updates on shipping ( since covid shipping from and to euro is frustrating).
He setup up my TT gave me a quick run thru. And I’m very very satisfied with him. Professional, wisdom, calm and frank. And I liked how I didn’t feel like I was being sold something to just get it.
Highly highly recommend.

Audio Nexus is one of the landmarks of Summit's downtown. The owner Ken actually is its greatest appeal. Ken has a keen sense of a buyer's needs and recommends based on those needs. Audio Nexus doesn't stock popular mass manufactured items but it is one of those places that has audio products that a discerning ear demands. You can get a budget deal here as well as your heart's desires. But the important thing is that you get a comprehensive audio/visual setup that YOU envision.
I found myself getting into Audio and heard from a cousin who had purchased his music system (he's had that now for 30 years!) from Audio Nexus. The experience was simply wonderful and I was not only informed what matters in an Audio system but also how to put together an audio system for my taste and home set up. The cables I purchased here deliver high quality sound. The amps and speakers are just brilliant and deliver crisp sound. My setup looks like Ice Cream, it'll make you drool and want one for yourself Ken takes a deep interest that you understand your system and helps you set it up.
I'm sure you'll appreciate Audio Nexus' expertise in the world's best Audio range products, it's just broad and deep.

Audionexus is an emporium of acoustic excellence. I met Ken Gould the creator of Audionexus over 15 years ago. Ken brings a uniqueness and depth of knowledge exceeded by few others. Ken’s approach is straightforward and based in honesty. Upon my first entering the doors of Ken’s shop I was not overwhelmed by glitz and flash. Ken queried my needs, goals and budgetary restrictions. We discussed room dimensions.In the ensuing years Ken has guided us in constructing multiple home theaters, as well as two channel configurations. Ken has never steered us to high-end stereo equipment but rather to that producing musical reproduction to our liking and within our finances. I owe most of my knowledge of stereo equipment to Ken Gould. He is truly a “Maestro of Sound” . You will not be disappointed.

After inquiring re availability of a particular speaker model, Ken quickly got back to me with several ETAs based on color options. Despite current supply challenges, the speakers arrived within the promised timeframe. Very smooth transaction. Will not hesitate to contact Ken again when I’m ready for my next home audio upgrade.

My VPI Turntable needed service and a new cartridge. Ken's cartridge recommendation and service was outstanding. The setup was well done. My turntable is back in business. Sounds wonderful. Really never sounded so good. Ken was patient, worked in my budget and provided excellent service. Highly Recommended.
