Poor customer service. When you call the bank you are offered two options to speak with a member at this branch. No one ever answers the phone and then you are disconnected from the call. Customers should be able to ask questions that may be specific to a par Location without having to go into the bank and/or schedule a meeting. Remove the option to speak with someone since it’s really not an option.

I am a customer of BOA, all my accounts are with them. The whole day I have been spending on foot and needed a bathroom ASAP. The guy at the front desk said that "they did not have any public bathrooms". I'm a damn customer!!!! Classic trash bank of america treatment. Was considering switching banks and this was the final straw.

I have had great experiences at this bank. Whenever I walk in, they are very attentive, and either a teller or a bank officer helps me with whatever I need quickly in a very friendly and professional manner.

This time has been to worst service ever! i have 3 paid off car loans with them. Never one time late all paid off early. I was approved on a Friday put a down payment on a vehicle now its next Thursday they call and say they can not approve it because they can not verify my address. After that they would not help me. I will never use them again

I like this bank, i like historical structures, people are okay, sometimes we have to look at ourselves in how we approach things and people, believe me I would call out anything that did stick out as bothering me in anyway or fashion

ATM by old teller booths is horrible. Almost ate my card. Also the door to outside ATM does not work!!! You have to walk around to drive thru ATM (new). This location is bad overall.

Place was a bit uncomfortable, cold and dry in service. I ended up using the ATM which took forever to wait for. I'm happy this isn't my bank. Have to say the location is good and I feel jacking an outside ATM would be helpful not I felt safe walking in, which is rare.

Teller machines do not handle multiple check deposit properly. One check was lost, and the "claim" process was a fiasco. After 4 weeks, the check was not accounted for.

Everytime I go to this branch the people there are just rude and unhelpfull. Unfortunately this is the location closest to my job. If I had a choice I will never visit this location. Is just a waste of time this location. Every other location is always nice and helpfull.

Unfortunately I have not had very good service at this location. Multiple visits for the same problem have been the routine. Although my negative experience might be related to a certain associate, this has really affected the relationship.
