They are the best in the business. The whole crew, Kev, Carlos, Jenn, and Linda. They are always so friendly and it's a joy to walk in there for my banking needs.

Terrible customer service. Have been waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes to be helped. Then was told to wait another 5 minutes. 20 minutes later still waiting. There are no customers in the branch only me….

I witnessed rather disturbing behavior by a bank teller named Linda on cash box #03 at the Summit Chase Bank branch today. She belittled and mocked, a senior Asian lady non-native English speaker who was trying to open a bank account. This was a fairly clear case of tacit racism. Avoid this Chase branch.
