I highly recommend this place they treat you like family and they try their hardest to get you approved in many ways even if your credit is not that well. Hey we even got pizza lol while waiting but overall this is a great place to lease a car or finance you won’t regret it . I had a great experience at the Douglas VW service center - Brian Ardente was amazing to work with. My tire unexpectedly blew out (on the turnpike). I showed up frazzled, as the shop was about to close, but Brian and some of the shop employees stayed late to install two new tires and get my car back to normal. I wasn't charged extra BS fees or pushed unnecessary services, which has happened at other VW dealerships. My experience with Brian and the whole Douglas team was great, and I will be returning to service my Beetle there regularly.

I've been coming to Douglas Motors for decades, and would highly recommend it. For the past 15 years I've been dealing with Vlad. He has put me in 5 different Vw's. He is an excellent salesman, with a great knowledge of his product. It's a pleasure dealing with ur service Dept too.

I’ve just purchased a VW Arteon from Douglas VW. This is my third car buying here for the last 11 years. Absolutely love this place. I’ve never serviced any of my vehicles anywhere else.
Vlad is awesome. He has really done an amazing job each time I’d been shopping at Douglas VW. I remember when I first met him 11 years ago, he made sure I got the car I wanted, and the best possible conditions on the deal. Ever since, he became the person I’d go to when I’d be looking for a new one.
The model I was looking for this time was discontinued by VW and not many of them were left. They didn’t have it available, but he was able to find it for me very quickly. The whole customer service he provides is top flight service.
