Was really hoping the reviews were wrong, but sadly they weren’t. Never got my order, customer service is laughable. Unfortunately, I would go to a different location.

Wow! What ever happened to good customer service? This place is an embarrassment. I was standing near a gentleman today who POLITELY asked the lady behind the counter for patience while he looked for the delivery information in his phone and the store clerk turned really nasty, really quickly.
What she actually did was try to turn it around on the customer and she tried to make it SEEM like he (the customer) was being nasty and that was being attacked. This is NOT true! She, the store clerk was the problem!
Listen, if you hate your job, hate coming to work and the thought of helping people turns your stomach, that's not the job for you!
Go get another job! All we wanted to do was order an arrangement NOT get confronted with a store clerks crappy attitude.
Calling corporate today!

Arrived home to find my edible arrangement like this. Smh this is ridiculous and I will advise no one order from this place. I always give them chance after chance but today I have had enough. This is insane and ridiculous!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I would give 0 stars if I could!
I asked to have the delivery moved up one day, they refused to work with me. When I called to ask if I could pick up the arrangement, they told me they had refunded my order! Do not waste your time or money ordering from this place. Never Again!!

Do not order from here unless you want to be scolded at by the person who picks up the phone when you call to fix a problem with the order placed. I was rudely spoken to by the woman who answered my call. Backstory: I ordered from the parsippany store and my order was undeliverable to my boss because I gave the wrong house number. The driver called me last night and told me to call the summit store because it was closer to my boss’s address but when I called the summit store the woman rudely asked for the order number and raised her voice when I told her I originally ordered at the parsippany store and was told to call there to get the address corrected..long story short I called the parsippany store and they were very easy to talk to! Order from parsippany if you can and don’t waste your time with this branch.

I should have read the reviews first. In a world where brick and mortar retail shops are a dying breed, you'd think that you'd want to give better customer service to keep your business afloat. I spent over $80 for strawberries and my son, who is visually impaired, needed to use the restroom. The female working there could care less and didn't even offer somewhere to try in the vicinity. She was cold, curt, and indifferent throughout the whole transaction. She was bothered because they were closing soon, at 5 pm, when online it said they closed at 7 pm.

I ordered an arrangement in the morning and was supposed to be guaranteed delivery to a family member for their birthday. The arrangement never got delivered 😔 when I called and asked what happened they told me that they didn't have time to make everything for when they guaranteed me it would be. The person who answered the phone wasn't very nice and had an attitude. I will be thinking twice about going back there. Never in all my years working, I never treat anyone with disrespect. So sad.

I was 10min early to pick up an order. 1) no one greeted me, i was standing in lobby for good 5 min before anyone came to the front. And 2) lady was abrupt about how the order wasn’t ready and how they still had 10 min to finish it and walked away from me to go to the back again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUMMIT NJ Edible Arrangements. Rudest people I have ever dealt with. They left fruit arrangement on our front steps in baking sun on one of the hottest days of the year. Fruit was ruined. Called the summit store to tell them what happened and they said they are not responsible for delivery and would not send a replacement and hung up on me.

The most horrible experience I EVER had with any establishment in my LiFE! Super extremely rude customer service they really don’t care about the customers I told her my friend had breast cancer surgery they never delivered when it was scheduled and said THEY DONT CARE! The lady was the rudest person I have ever come across.

This store is ridiculous. I’ve called over 20 times to get an update on my order and what’s the expected delivery time. No one picks up the phone! DONT ORDER FROM HERE! Turns out I received an email past 8pm on VDAY that it was delivered. Called my fiance and it wa never delivered! Called the next day and the lady was unapologetic. Told me the order was "in production." How do I pay over $250.00 for one order to 1) not be delivered as promised 2) no communication 3) false delivery. Its ABSURD! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!

Placed an order for V-day & got an email that evening saying it was delivered only to follow up with my mom the next day and she never got it. I called and the lady on the phone didn’t even apologize, just casually said it wasn’t delivered & to make up for it they’d refund the $21 delivery fee & throw in some free strawberries. I was glad to be compensated but they didn’t even deliver it until 9:30pm on 2/15 and didn’t even ring the doorbell. Just texted me saying they left it at the door step. What if I wasn’t awake to see the text? I guess the items would’ve just stayed out until tomorrow morning. This is my first time using this location & will be my last. I’ve never had any issues until now

I placed an order 2 weeks in advance and paid extra to get it delivered before 5:30pm for Valentine’s Day. I’ve called them to confirm the order and to make sure it will be delivered before 5:30 and the girl that I spoke to there said sure, that wouldn’t be a problem. It was a surprise gift for my GF since we live in different states and I couldn’t celebrate the special day with her.Spent over $100 plus delivery fee, to have it get delivered at 8:30pm, with no door bell ring, just left it on the floor in front of the door. NEVER WILL I EVER DO BUSINESS here again! The worst customer service ever. I’ve also called at least 8 times and emailed them and not one did I get a replay back or someone picked up.Please tell me how you run a business with HORRIBLE customer service, leave fruits, desserts and card on the floor.To top it off, the cheesecake that I order has mold on it!Wish I saw the reviews prior to ordering from them. If I can give them zero stars I would.RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
