This store is ridiculous. I’ve called over 20 times to get an update on my order and what’s the expected delivery time. No one picks up the phone! DONT ORDER FROM HERE! Turns out I received an email past 8pm on VDAY that it was delivered. Called my fiance and it wa never delivered! Called the next day and the lady was unapologetic. Told me the order was "in production." How do I pay over $250.00 for one order to 1) not be delivered as promised 2) no communication 3) false delivery. Its ABSURD! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!

Placed an order for V-day & got an email that evening saying it was delivered only to follow up with my mom the next day and she never got it. I called and the lady on the phone didn’t even apologize, just casually said it wasn’t delivered & to make up for it they’d refund the $21 delivery fee & throw in some free strawberries. I was glad to be compensated but they didn’t even deliver it until 9:30pm on 2/15 and didn’t even ring the doorbell. Just texted me saying they left it at the door step. What if I wasn’t awake to see the text? I guess the items would’ve just stayed out until tomorrow morning. This is my first time using this location & will be my last. I’ve never had any issues until now

I placed an order 2 weeks in advance and paid extra to get it delivered before 5:30pm for Valentine’s Day. I’ve called them to confirm the order and to make sure it will be delivered before 5:30 and the girl that I spoke to there said sure, that wouldn’t be a problem. It was a surprise gift for my GF since we live in different states and I couldn’t celebrate the special day with her.Spent over $100 plus delivery fee, to have it get delivered at 8:30pm, with no door bell ring, just left it on the floor in front of the door. NEVER WILL I EVER DO BUSINESS here again! The worst customer service ever. I’ve also called at least 8 times and emailed them and not one did I get a replay back or someone picked up.Please tell me how you run a business with HORRIBLE customer service, leave fruits, desserts and card on the floor.To top it off, the cheesecake that I order has mold on it!Wish I saw the reviews prior to ordering from them. If I can give them zero stars I would.RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Absolute clown showCalled me to tell me that my order was going to be a day late...ok, fineFailed to deliver by 5pm (as promised) the next dayDidn't answer any calls nor emails. Literally no communication at all.Finally, "delivered" a frozen platter to my front stoop. Didn't ring the bell. Nothing. Just haphazardly left an unthawed platter on the front stoop.Ridiculous and unacceptable.STAY AWAY

Ask for LUNA! I am "over the moon" (get it?) with the service! She was patient, professional and knowledgeable throughout the process, putting me at ease.I highly recommend Edible Arrangements based on Luna's assistance. She left an excellent impression. I will definitely utilize the services of Edible Arrangements - Summit in the future!Thanks again, Luna! :)

This morning I placed an order to be delivered today the day before Mother’s Day! I ordered a bundle with a mug that has fruit and a big vase with flowers . It said out for delivery for hours ! I get it it’s a busy weekend but it was almost 10pm and still nothing . No call nothing . My mother just called to tell me they came and told me what she got ! She said I have the mug with fruit 3 balloons and a box of dipped strawberries! I said what where are the flowers ? No flowers ! I did not pay over 180 bucks for balloons and dipped strawberries! I am not happy at all ! If u did not have the flowers then someone should have contacted me ! Will never order from this store ever !It’s like going to McDonald’s ordering a burger but then getting a fish sandwich! I’m pretty sure you would go back and make sure u get what u ordered and paid for ! Dissatisfied and highly upset

I ordered from Summit to go to a business and they were not able to get there before business hours. Rescheduled and had it delivered the following week, didn’t receive it until 8:30 pm and didn’t come with the 7 0 balloons for my uncle’s Birthday!! On top of that some fruits were frozen!! Very upset, will never order from Summit again …

If an order cannot be completed at the time at which it was schedule for pick up, the staff should really alert the customer so they can plan accordingly.I have never ordered from EA, I have no idea how long this process may or may not take. The option to pick up was available on the site and I chose it. I received zero communication that it would not be ready. There has been an enormous delay on an arrangement with no apologies. The staff treated me like I should have known ? Why not call when the order was placed?This is some of the most atrocious customer service I’ve encountered- particularly when you’re shelling out so much money.

This place is the WORST!!! I’mSpeaking service and “employees” including the manager. My order never arrives as promise. Nasty “employees” answering calls. Nasty attitude, just for asking questions about an order place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. So UNPROFESSIONAL STARTING WITH “MANAGEMENT”
