“Stopped in here on whim last week with a little time to kill and decided to buy my fiancé a nice bottle of wine for his birthday. The salesman took me through some of their selection and ultimately recommended a slightly pricey ten year old Bordeaux, after admitting that the more expensive 1983 bottle that he could have sold me may not have actually been worth it for someone with my fiancé’s palette. (He appreciates good wine, but he isn’t a connoisseur.) Not only do I really appreciate the honesty here, but the expertise, as the wine was both very much enjoyed in the end, and worth the price. I also bought a fancy box of beautiful chocolates. It’s a great gift stop for people difficult to shop for but for who enjoy tasty food and wine and appreciate the finer things in life. “I ordered a bottle of Crown Royal Noble Collection 16yr Rye, which is a discontinued product, and challenging to find. They sold it for MSRP and had it shipped across the country to my address in less than a week. It was packaged so well, that it would have taken a UPS drive to actually drive over the box to break the contents. Great experience, great service. I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews, this is the best experience I have had purchasing this type of product. Keep up the great work!
