I recently (May 2025) purchased a pre-loved Genesis from Adelson at Lotus of North Jersey. It's wonderful working with a small dealership that provides great customer service and attention to detail. We shopped extensively for this car and it was by far the best price and highest quality used GV70 we could find in the DC/Philly/NJ area. You can tell the dealership looks carefully for the best in used cars, so they have great options even if you are not in the market for a Lotus, Ferrari or Lamborghini. But, if you are, they have those too! All details are provided up front and there is no pressure. We travelled from Wilmington, DE and it was well worth the 2-hour drive to the beautiful town of Summit, NJ. Working with Adelson and Lotus of North Jersey made us wish we bought new/used cars more often!

Purchased a mclaren 570s from Peter. Was told everything on the car was solid. When it arrived car had paint and body and now I have to spend 12,000 in service. Not a good experience at all.

Still waiting after weeks to hear back about the M8 I reached out about. I was told by Braelynn that Pete would call me on the 19th. Still nothing. Disappointed.
Edited: Ray reached out to me and fixed the misunderstanding. The rest of the staff were super professional and polite. Biggest complaint was that NJ roads aren’t the best for a test drive. No pressure, no tactics, nothing. Would highly recommend.

I worked with Lotus of North Jersey for my Emira order and I made a great choice! At the start of this process, dealers didn't have a lot of information but the guys at Lotus of NJ were very straight forward about this, no made up stories or excuses. They were also very transparent and fair with their pricing. I was immediately comfortable placing a deposit with them.
It took me over 2 years and 7 months to get my car, all delays caused by Lotus UK. Throughout this process, Lotus of NJ kept me up to date to the best of their abilities - again, they didn't make up stories to tell me. If they didn't know something, they just said they didn't know. When they had info, they emailed/called/texted me immediately. I appreciate that honesty! It shows a level of maturity and confidence in a business that is the result of placing respect for their customers at the forefront of their operations.
Unfortunately, my car had issues straight off the boat. Here again, Lotus of NJ took their time to get the right parts and ensured that the car was perfect before handing it over to me. There are other dealers in the country that delivered cars to customers with known issues.
It's been a long journey - I could not wait to get the new Emira. I am so happy with the car as it is everything that I wanted, and much much more! Hearing some of the struggles of other buyers, I am so thankful that I picked Lotus of NJ to purchase from, despite living about 300 miles away. For anyone that is interested in a Lotus, and lives in the New England area, they should consider giving Lotus of NJ their business. The Emira was worth the wait, and Lotus of NJ was worth the drive.

Took Emira delivery in May 2024 and, from start to finish, Ray and Adelson gave me VIP treatment. Arrived to a covered car in their showroom for a proper reveal. Disussed all questions, concerns, common issues, curiosities, driving feedback, and car operating procedures including my Android Auto setup. Paperwork was 10 minutes, and Adelson checked in with me multiple times during the week following delivery. At the moment, I'm still waiting for the PPF bubbles to self heal but I love the car and appreciate Ray and Adelson curating an experience for their customers.
Thanks for validating my decision to switch my deposit to your dealership 2 years ago, guys!
