Came in to use my Amex credit and the associates at the counter were both very nice. The man with the beard, seemed to be a manager, seemed to be lying to me intentionally about the way to use the credit. While the associates at the counter were both very nice and curious he seemed to be visibly upset by the partnership and actively made it difficult which I ignored of course.
If he is a person in leadership as it seemed, he 100% acted as a bad example for how to deal with a customer for his colleagues.

went in today to exchange a pair of aligns and had the best experience with Educator Millie. She was not only so nice, but she helped me find exactly what i needed and helped so much. I”ll definitely be using this location going forward. Thank you Millie!

Purchased an item on line and it appears that the item is in store but I can’t seem to get any assistance for the item to be shipped to me. The online team advised me to call the store to see if they’ll ship it if the order is placed online because the store has no way to place an order by phone so I called the store in Summit NJ and spoke to a very rude young lady, Sunday at 12 pm. She insisted on talking over me and wanted to make it very clear that a manager is not going to tell me anything different because she’s been working at the company for 3 years and then asked if I worked for company when I tried to explain what the online team told me to ask the store manager. I can’t believe what I experienced today especially given the prices.

Went in to exchange some pants given as a gift that were the wrong length. Jeff was SUPER helpful and not only processed the return but helped me pick out the right pair of pants based on the look and fit I wanted. Above and beyond service!

Rude employees at this location. I was given attitude by both girls that I interacted with. They kept saying there was nothing else that they could do to assist in my return and that if I didn’t want the giftcard I could always “give my gift card away to a friend?!!!” They also didn’t inform me that the item I was trying to return was on markdown and if I was given store credit I could have rebought the leggings and had $40 left to buy something else. Very inexperienced and unprofessional. They made me loose money and didn’t even care. If lululemon wants to charge these ridiculous prices they need to have the customer service to back them up.

Customer service is not good at all. Giving me wrong information, wrong customers service number, refuse to provide full refund when it is supposed to be (called and confirmed with online reps). Never experienced this kind of service in any of the lulu stores ever.

Matthew went above and BEYOND helping me with an issue I had with another store. I now go out of my way to shop here. Best experience I've ever had in a Lululemon, by far.

Solid, not too busy compared with the Short Hills Mall version. A lot fewer people although they don't have their own dedicated parking lot, you can park in the municipal lots near here. Very efficient getting in and out for the registers.

I went in to this store to exchange 3 shirts (for a smaller size)given as gifts. The person who gave them to me had ripped the price portion of the tag off but most of the tag was intact. I had to search for someone to point me in the direction of the shirts the same as my gifts. I went to the counter and was told that they couldn’t take the shirts back because the tag wasn’t intact. They couldn’t find a profile for the gift giver so basically they told me unless said person still had a receipt there was nothing they could do. For as expensive as these clothes are and the fact that it was a gift and I only wanted a like exchange, they could not have been any less helpful!!! The manager of this store should better educate their employees on good customer service. I would have given 1 star but the youngsters that tried to help me were at least polite and pleasant (hence 2 stars), but still unhelpful nonetheless!

Probably one of the rudest store. I’ve tried to replace the sweatpants that I bought less than a week ago and has a hole in it already. And she was just giving me a hard time in front of other customers. Eventually didn’t get to replace it.
