Dan gets five stars and if there were 10 I would give him 10 stars. He’s fantastic -answers all questions- does things quickly -very informative and helpful. Very kind. He is a gem for computer upgrade and computer repair services!

I don't usually write reviews, but felt compelled to do so in this case because of Dan's outstanding service and knowledge. I called Dan with an urgent computer issue and he was incredibly responsive. He's local to the Summit area and even made a "house call"! How often does that happen?! Dan is an expert in his field and solved my issues immediately. He has a terrific demeanor. I can't say enough good things about him. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend reaching out to Palusak Computer Services for all of your technology needs. I consulted with Dan for trouble with my business website after I could not get answers elsewhere. Once I explained the issue, Dan understood immediately. He walked me through the situation in terms that I could comprehend and patiently outlined each step to rectify the issue. Not sure how I would have gotten through this without his help. He is an expert in his field, a true professional.

I initially contacted Dan about an issue I was having with my desktop. His communication was excellent, the appointment was made promptly, and he not only solved my desktop issue, in the time he was in my home, he also helped with a tutorial with my MacBook Pro as well as data storage solutions!Dan runs a 5 star operation - professional, courteous and helpful to the max. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing tech assistance.

Dan helped me with a significant issue I was having with my laptop and printer that I could not resolve on my own. The service he provided was outstanding. My system was up and running perfectly in under two hours.He was prompt, efficient, and reasonable. I will recommend him to any of my friends finding themselves needing service for issues with their computer systems. Can't recommend him highly enough.

I found Dan totally by accident, but so glad I did. He's my go-to guy for any IT issues. He set up my new PC and then my new laptop. He's provided so much help with navigating all the new technology including Zoom, etc. He offers private classes and much more. Super cool and patient with some of my dumbest questions. He'll come to your home if needed, but usually can address my issues virtually. My friend has been taking weekly computer classes with him and couldn't be happier with her progress.

Dan was extremely helpful in transferring a large amount of data from my old computer to a new one. He also set up the security, administrative rights and programs on the new PC. He was very informative and thorough--and followed up a few days later to ensure that everything was working properly. I would highly recommend Dan's services!
