No line at the drive through ATM. Has its own parking lot and it’s a clean parking lot. Tellers are very nice.

Surprisingly awful experiences with this branch. My father passed away and I've dealt with three different banks during this process and PNC is literally the worst. Wells Fargo and Chase have both been amazing. Months later and I'm still trying to close the PNC account and have the funds transferred to the estate account. Staff continues to try to get me to come into the branch only to no show for appointments, not respond to emails and continually drop the ball. No wonder they have such a low rating. Would never do business with PNC again and almost at the point of raising this with the CFPB.

I just would like to say that Pamela is the absolute worst bank representative I have ever encountered with every time I come to the Summit branch she always gives me problems do not go to her. She is the absolute worst.

The drive through hours posted for Saturday are false.Supposed to be open untill 2 pm. drove there to find them closed at 1:09 pm.

I am not sure what has happened to this branch. I've always had great experience dealing with the staff and they were so quick and efficient. Not anymore. The phones go no where. The staff keeps changing all the time.

5-star service! The new branch manager Kimberli helped setup my business banking account, and the entire process was smooth, professional, friendly, and well explained. I have been banking with PNC for over 20 years, and this is one of the finest branches I have been to. Highly recommend, their team is top notch, you will have a fantastic experience. Cheers! -RJE

This branch is terrible nobody knows a thing corporate tells me one thing they at the branch don't know what to do with a closed account that is owed a credit and u wonder why I closed accounts called corporate back they are sending me a check where the bank should have i hope corporate does something about this bramch
