Clean, updated facility and friendly and helpful staff. We've had a family membership since 2013; Can't count the amount of times I've swam and worked out here. My girls learned to swim here, starting as toddlers; they were later on the SAY swim team, and as teenagers now go on their own. Great teen programs!

They have Olympic weightlifting equipment but they won’t let you drop their bumper plates unfortunately so a weightlifter can’t properly train here.

I came here for a birthday party. As far as the facility itself, this YMCA looks nice. Definitely comparable to other YMCAs I’ve visited. However, the front desk experience was disappointing. At every other YMCA I’ve been to, the staff at the front desk have always been warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, at the Summit location, my experience was the complete opposite. It set a negative tone to the beginning of a fun occasion.

Love the YMCA's Core Values of Honesty, Respect, Responsibility which are similar to the first two limbs of Yoga the Yamas and Niyamas.

I enjoy the wide variety of equipment and the overall atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the convenient hours of operation, which make it easy to fit workouts into my schedule. However, I would recommend expanding the yoga studio to better accommodate class sizes.

Overall, this facility is well organized with awesome group classes. Just be mindful, if you have a potty training toddler, they do not support families in doing so and will require you to send your kid in Pull Ups, regardless of your potty training strategy.
Still a great place to attend though, just hurtful that they don’t support something so basic in Kids Zone.

The Y at Summit is an awesome spot for kids to learn sports and have fun in the community. My kids, ages 6 and 5, both played soccer there and got great attention for their skills and teamwork. The coaches really know their stuff and are great at connecting with the kids. For soccer, Jabari is great at teaching and working with each my kids strengths and areas of improvement. Highly recommend.
